Das Kihei Sands Condominium befindet sich direkt an einem der besten Strände von Maui, dem Sugar Beach. Von unserem Pool am Meer und unserer Grillterrasse aus können Sie praktisch den Strand berühren - sauber, sandig, unbewohnt und kilometerweit in beide Richtungen. Wie weit ist es bis zum Strand? Wörtlich um 6 Fuß! Unsere Terrassen- und Rasenflächen sind idyllisch. Great Location & Complex - Bright Lights Though

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The complex and unit itself are very nice. Loved the morning walks on the beach. I would not recommend this unit if you like to sleep though. The porch light is hardwired which attracts bugs all night (come through the slider even) and makes it look like daylight all night long in the unit its so bright. The A/C is in the living space so if you want to cool the bedroom you have to leave the door open to "daylight". The unit either needs blackout curtains or to put the porch light on a switch. Terrible sleeping experience. Also, the pool isn't heated, even when it was 90 degrees out it was still cold. We sprung for a resort pass for a day so our kid could get in a pool and not shake. Other than that, the patio is amazing and the grills are a nice feature. Overall, I would consider coming back, but not to this unit.

Only 29 units so there was always space on the patio to sit and in the pool to swim. The area was very clean and well maintained. A person works 4 hours every morning cleaning the common areas. The office staff was very helpful - we needed some help due to a medical condition. We were given all the information needed for a good experience at that clinic. That staff also helped organize a tour that we wanted to take. We have already recommended the property to some relatives.

The units were newly renovated with everything you could possibly need. The property is quiet and beautifully maintained. We had miles of empty, pristine beach to walk each day. Property managers Connie and Patrick were a delight. We've stayed at huge beach resorts before -- but Kihei Sands beats them hands down for beach access, privacy and comfort. We plan to return next year and many years to come. Expectations met and exceeded! (Also a short walk to an amazing bakery, grocer, and shaved ice stand.)

They all looked like the photos on their website. The fully equipped kitchens were especially appreciated. We loved the location, especially walking out our doors and being on Sugar Beach. The management staff was always friendly and very helpful solving any problems. Maui has so many wonderful ways for the whole family to spend time together. We enjoyed snorkeling, mountain biking on Haleakalā, hiking in beautiful canyons with waterfalls, playing in the surf on many different beaches and eating lots of yummy food from local restaurants. We would all love to come back again. I would highly recommend to my friends and relatives.
