There is also an open-plan living space with kitchen, dining area and sitting area with sofa bed. Outside there is an off-road parking space for one car in a secure car park and a mooring space available in 'The Salcombe' pontoon, as well as a balcony with seating. 32 The Salcombe is a great base for adventures in Devon.
Amenities: Electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge, dishwasher, TV, communal WiFi in 'The Salcombe' reception. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent.
