Appartamento Domizia is a characteristic and welcoming apartment located in Trastevere, a picturesque neighborhood of Rome. It sleeps four people. From Appartamento Domizia you will have a characteristic view of the nearest building. Appartamento Domizia is 60 square meters (645 square feet). It features a private patio, air conditioning (please read description below to check in which rooms the units are installed), winter heating and WI-FI Internet access.
You will be in a pedestrian precinct, in the neighbourhood of Trastevere, a few steps from restaurants, shops and public transportation. You will find the bus stop at 270 meters (886 feet).
Appartamento Domizia is located on the ground floor of a three story building. You will reach it from the street level without having to climb any steps.
You will not need a car to stay at Appartamento Domizia. If you do have one, you will be able to park it at approximately 200 meters (220 yards), free of charge or for a fee, along the public roads (the actual distance might vary depending on the availability of parking spaces).

Kitchen
The ceiling of the kitchen is made of wood. The furnishings are simple and comfortable. It is equipped with a two-burner induction cooker, a small refrigerator with freezer, an Italian-style coffee-maker and a kettle. The dining table can accommodate two guests. The kitchen has a window.
Bedroom 1 - a pass-through room with en-suite bathroom
Important notice: members of your party might need to walk through this bedroom to reach the second bedroom (going through this room can be avoided by entering from another independent entrance inside the building). You will be able to enter the first bedroom from the kitchen through a brickwork arched opening. This room has no door, but it is closed by a curtain. The bedroom has a matrimonial bed (160 cm/63 inches, wider than a queen-size bed). In this room you will find a television (local channels). The room has no windows. The bedroom is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit. This bedroom has an en-suite bathroom, tiled with lucid green majolica tiles and equipped with a washbasin, a toilet, a fully enclosed shower and a hairdryer.
Bedroom 2 - a suite with en-suite bathroom
This suite is made up by three interconnected rooms: a sleeping area, a sitting area and a bathroom. You will be able to enter the second bedroom from the first bedroom or from another independent entrance inside the building. The bedroom has a matrimonial bed (160 cm/63 inches, wider than a queen-size bed). The furnishings include a divan bed for one guest (available upon request with an additional cost -- please contact our staff in advance). In this room you will find a television (local channels). From the bedroom you will be able to enter the small patio equipped with table and chairs through a French door. The room also has a high window. The bedroom is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit. Here you will also find a mini refrigerator. This bedroom has an en-suite bathroom, equipped with a washbasin, a toilet, a shower and a hairdryer. Here you will also find an iron and an ironing board.
