New bright apartment, (40 mq) just 4 minutes walking from the gorgeous La Pelosa beach, furnished in modern and classy style. It has a dining room with kitchenette and sofa bed, one bedroom king size bed, toilette with shower and patio if you are at groundfoor or terrace if at first one.

Extra facilities included:
air conditioning, WI-FI, Smart satellite TV, toaster, kettle, crockery and cutlery, phon, smoke rilevator, coffe machine.

Baby area, sharing barbecue area, laundry, dryer, iron whith board, beach umbrella.

Important to mention, our guests have a possibility to rent beach umbrellas, deckchairs and sunbeds with a 20% discount at Bagno Sardigna Bar and Restaurant at the nearest Le Saline Beach.

Reception opening hours: 09:00 - 13:00 and 16:30 - 20:30 (9 am - 1 pm and 4:30 pm - 8:30 pm)
Arrivals after 20:00 (8 pm) must be announced in advance, otherwise the accommodation cannot be guaranteed and there is an extra charge of € 50.
For announced arrivals after 10 pm there is an extra charge € 20.00 and after midnight the extra charge is € 50.00.
On the spot there are free rental bicycles depended on availability and with a refundable deposit of € 50.

In the nearby tourist centre, there are bars and restaurants, a grocery store, tobacconist. The shops run by local providers usually open from Maj to October.


Additional costs: (paid on spot)
- Daily expenses (per person per day): € 7.00 adults; € 3.50 children aged 3 - 11.99 y., free of charge children aged 0-2.99 y. Prices include electricity, water, gas, bed linen, Courtesy Kit (products for the bathroom and kitchen).
- Final cleaning: € 70.00
The kitchenette and kitchenware must be cleaned by the guest, otherwise, a supplement fee of € 50.00 will be charged.
- City tax: This tax, compulsory for Stintino, must be paid directly upon arrival to the village.
- Refundable damage deposit: € 200.00 refundable at the end of the stay, after checking that no damage or misuse of the apartment has occurred. In case of check-out during non-office hours, the deposit will be refunded as soon as possible via bank deposit.

All prices are for one-way transfers.
- Pets: admitted, no pets allowed in common areas; a € 30 surcharge will be applied for an extra cleaning.
