Modernes kleines Haus (24 m2) mit einer geräumigen überdachten Terrasse, eingebettet in ein sonniges / gepflegtes / eingezäuntes Grundstück und umgeben von einem Gourmandgarten mit Weinreben, Oliven und Zitrusbäumen. Dies ist der perfekte Ort für eine einzelne Person oder ein Paar, das zeitgemäßes Design und das sizilianische Landleben genießen möchte.

Das Casa Tamì befindet sich am Hang des Ätna auf dem Grundstück einer italienisch-niederländischen Familie, die mit ihren Kindern, Chow-Chow-Hunden, Hühnern und einem Hahn im Haupthaus auf 200 m Höhe lebt.

Das Haus besteht aus einem einzigen offenen Raum mit einer ausgestatteten Küche, einem Doppelbett (160x200 m) und einem halboffenen Badezimmer mit Dusche. Die Terrasse wird mit einem hochwertigen Sofa und zwei bequemen Liegestühlen noch einladender gestaltet.

Das Casa Tamì verfügt über einen privaten Zugang und einen Parkplatz in einer ruhigen Residenz, zu der auch weitere 6 Villen gehören.

Der Eigentümer produziert Wein und bietet ein Degustationserlebnis mit einem Ausflug zu seinem Lieblingsweinberg, der sich auf einem erloschenen Krater des Ätna, nur 1 km von Casa Tamì entfernt befindet.

Während Ihres Aufenthalts können Sie den Ätna bequem erkunden und alle lokalen Produkte, die Stadt Catania und die Fischerdörfer an der Küste entdecken. Das Mittelmeer liegt 8 km von Acitrezza entfernt, einem einzigartigen Dorf, das reich an guten Restaurants und Eisschrei-Salons ist.

Weitere Cafés und Restaurants befinden sich noch näher am Haus, in den Dörfern Viagrande und Trecastagni, 5 Autominuten entfernt.

Perfect place to stay near lots of things to do! Easy to drive to Etna, Catania, Taormina, and more. When we were t exploring, we enjoyed relaxing on the patio. The setting of the house is beautiful and quiet, but still close to Catania and surrounding villages. We very much enjoyed breakfast on the terrace. It is a tiny house, which was clear from the description, but enough for two people that know each other well.

We loved the house, it is in a beautiful and peaceful area. Ir was our favorite place of the trip. Near to Catania and Etna volcano, its is very well located. Tiziana and Joris, the hosts were very welcoming and we visited their vineyards in Mo te Trigona. It was a wonderful experience to get to know local people, local food (antipastis cooked by them) and the natural wine they make themselves. A must ir your stay in this house!!

A wonderful place to be in the nature. In the near (with car) of catania and some beautiful beaches. The host was friendly and flexibel! A big plus for us were the umbrella for the beach and towels for the beach. A place to recommend! If you want to go anywhere, it is much easier with a car!

Wonderful quiet and generous domicile in the middle of the humble metropole region of catania and its suburbs. This place is a little slice of heaven. The property was beautiful and we had a great stay. It is so quiet and the outdoor garden space was great. It was easy to check in and check out. It had everything we needed. Good wifi. One thing is that the divider between the bathroom and the bedroom is made of glass so just make sure you are comfortable using the bathroom in front of whoever you are staying with. Thank you for a great stay!

We had a wonderful stay at Giulia's. The location was absolutely perfect to explore the east of Sicily - Etna, Taormina, Messina and Catania all so easily within reach. The house itself was amazing - nestled in a vineyard, and looking down towards Catania. It felt so special and unique. We really appreciated the little touches, like the wine and olive oil made onsite, and felt very welcome. We'll definitely stay there again when we come back to treck up Etna!

This house is a treasure - really perfect for a couple or two friends knowing each other well (glass walls in the bathroom). The kitchen has everything one needs for cooking. The property is so nice, quiet and calming. Viagrande can even be reached by a short walk, supermarket and little cafés available. The hosts are so kind and friendly, we really enjoyed staying there and sure enough will come back soon!

I spent 5 days like a dream. I started my day with the sound of birds and the warm sunshine every morning in a house with a garden full of lemon tree, orange tree, and herbs, as if in a movie. I can see the stars in the sky at night, and the quiet and private accommodation was so attractive and beautiful. This house made my honeymoon perfect. I will choose this place again for my next trip to Sicily. Thank you for the kind host, the keyholder.

This place has a unique location close to both Etna, Taormina and Catania. The surroundings are beautiful and generally quiet except when the neighborhood dogs are barking at each other. The architecture of the house and the garden is a dream. We already miss the quiet mornings on the terrace. As other guests also point out the bathroom is not very private with a glass wall that does not go all the way to the ceiling. We really enjoyed our stay though

Giulia’s place is a perfect getaway from the hectic big city. It exceeded our expectations with its harmonious ambiance, and we didn’t want to leave the place even during the day. The house has everything you might need for a short stay. We also cooked dinners on the BBQ with produce bought from the store Giulia suggested. Viagrande is a lovely city with some delicious spots to eat, again recommended by Giulia. The location is great for exploring different places - a 20-minute drive to Catania, 15 minutes to Nicolosi if you plan to hike Mount Etna, and 20 minutes to the lovely coastal town of Aci Castello, where we really enjoyed swimming. Giulia also gifted us with olive oil and a bottle of natural wine that they produce, which were incredibly delicious. We highly recommend the place and would love to visit again ourselves.

Beautiful and modern house in the middle of the vineyard. The house is very well equipped and is a perfect starting point for trips to Catania, Taormina, Mount Etna or all the beaches and old villages in the area. But it also invites to stay there and enjoy the garden. At our stay in February we could pick fresh oranges and lemons from the trees, which were delicious. We were welcomed very friendly by the owners, which provided us with a lot of informations about the area. Further we could taste the good wine that is made from the vineyards belonging to the owners. There are also some very fluffy dogs on the property. Mostly they did not care about us at all and when they did, they were very nice and coming for playing and cuddles. We totally recommend this place!

this place is a beautiful stay away from the busy life in a city center! amazing vineyard location with a great garden to eat and drink. orange and lemon trees and all in all great views. the hosts organize a wine tour for a small fee which was really wonderful! we rented a car to get their which is crucial. it's a bit out of a the center and even though it's close to catania, you really do need a car. from here though we made dar trips out to Taormina and Syracuse for example and they were easy enough drives. the internet is fast so whilst relaxing you can play music from the Bluetooth speaker! The shower stays warm enough for two quickish showers, but does get cold if your too long! not an issue as far as we were concerned but good to know.

Schönes Tiny-House. Genau wie auf den Bildern zu sehen. Es war ganz toll, dass sich das Haus in einer ruhigen Gegend befindet! Es war wunderbar am Morgen und am Abend auf der Veranda. Einzig was für uns etwas ungewohnt war, ist das Badezimmer. Es ist nur durch eine Glaswand vom restlichen Raum getrennt und daher nicht wirklich Privat… Zusammenfassend haben wir unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen!

Alles war perfekt! Auch wenn die Unterkunft in der Nähe des Hauses der Gastgeberin liegt wohnt man ganz privat, der Garten ist traumhaft. Wir durften uns Saft aus den Orangen pressen und die Kommunikation war unkompliziert und freundlich. Das Haus und die Terrasse sind sehr morden und gut ausgestattet. WIr würden gerne wieder kommen und können die Unterkunft nur empfehlen!
