The ground floor accommodation comprises of a large well-equipped modern dining kitchen and an adjacent comfortable lounge. These spaces open dirctly on to the generous pool terrace with it's infinity pool ( 8 x 4 metres, depth 1.5 metres). Here there are sunloungers, umbrellas, an al fresco dinng area , and a comfortable seating, all from which the panoramic sea views can be enjoyed.
The two bedrooms are located on the upper floor. The master bedroom is furnished with a beautiful circular bed and large circular jacuzzi bath. The same fabulous sea views are visible from here as well as from the bedrooms large balcony. This bedroom has an luxurious en-suite bathroom with twin wash hand basins.
The twın bedroom is also on this floor and has a large balcony and en-suite bathroom.
The roof terrace of this property has the additional attraction of having a small pool, which can be heated in the cooler months of the year at no extra charge.
There is parking space adjacent to the villas entrance.
The nightly rates shown are based on a minimum of 7 nights occupancy. Accordingly please note that for reservations of 5 nights or less there is an additional charge of £40 for cleaning of the villa , payable in cash on arrival .
