Our largest apartment, Ficus takes up the whole of the ground floor and is perfect for a family or group of friends looking for a holiday apartment that will satisfy everyone from beach bunnies to day trippers to home bodies. Whether you want to walk to the beach, set out to explore the coast, or settle in for the afternoon by the pool, this apartment is the perfect fit.

You’ll love all the space at your complete disposal: a fully-equipped galley kitchen, a living/dining room with dining space for four, a sofabed and armchair, and a television; three bedrooms (one with a queen bed, one with two single beds, and one with one single bed); and three ensuite bathrooms with tubs and/or showers.

Step outside, and your living space almost doubles. Between the charming covered patio with dining space for six, the sun-drenched courtyard patio with loungers, the 40 square meter garden with barbecue for grilling, and the 2.(URL HIDDEN)private pool with a whirlpool corner and poolside sun umbrellas, loungers, and shaded cane pergola, there’s room enough for everyone to find the perfect spot to relax or, for the younger travelers, let off a bit of steam.

The decor is casual and understated, just coordinated enough to lend a soothing air with its neutral color scheme of white, beige, and walnut, but just informal enough to make you feel at home even in a group with young children. No worrying about breaking precious antiques or staining delicate parquet...here you can relax and put your feet up, surrounded by immaculate yet practical terracotta floors, whitewashed walls, and ceramic-tiled kitchen and baths.

GENERAL RENTAL RULES: TERMS AND CONDITIONS CHECK IN: check is allowed between 2.00pm and 10.00pm- In case an early/late check in should be needed, it will be necessary to inform the host at time of booking, in order to verify our availability and confirm or deny the request. If the guest should arrive any time earlier or later than the scheduled time, a penalty of 50.00€ will be charged and has to be paid in cash at check in. CHECK OUT: 11.00am- The request of a late check out has to be made at time of booking or at check in at the latest in order to let the host verify the availability and deny or confirm the possibility of a late check out. Guests who will not request a late check out and will not leave the apartment by 11.00am will be charged 50.00€ in cash at check out. CANCELLATION POLICY: as defined at time of booking. CITY TAX: 2.00€/ADULT/NIGHT. Can only be charged for a maximum of 05 nights. CONSUMPTION: included in the daily rate. BED LINEN AND TOWELS: included in the daily rate. Extras can be provided upon request and an extra fee will be charged for the service. PETS: it is strictly forbidden to introduce pets of any type, size and race inside the apartments. In case guests should introduce animals and violate this mandatory rule, a penalty of 100.00€ will be charged in cash upon check in. PARTIES AND EVENTS: it is strictly forbidden to organize private parties and/or events in any of our apartments, in order to not bother guests staying in the same building. In case the host should receive any complaint for noises, loud music and screams of any type, a penalty of 100.00€ will be charged in cash upon check out. Finally, guests are kindly requested not to smoke inside the apartments as the host could charge up to 250.00€ for damages caused to the apartment or to future guests expecting the apartments to be no-smoking.

Villa Rita has four apartments, each completely self-catering, in the peaceful residential stretch of coast just a few minutes by foot from the lovely village of Marina del Cantone. The villa is 20 meters above the beach and offers private parking and a lush garden furnished with tables and loungers for guests. The large, sunny apartments have spotless kitchens, spacious bathrooms, light-filled windows and French doors, free wifi, and endless views. Some also include huge private terraces furnished with loungers and dining sets, shady patios for al fresco meals, outdoor Jacuzzi tubs, and direct access to the surrounding garden.
