Stylish Contemporary 3 Bedroom Villa, Secluded Infinity and Heated Indoor Pool

This stunning two bedroom villa is located in the Kordere district of the popular resort town of Kalkan. With its fabulous sea views and contemporary design this villa has an outdoor pool which is secluded from outwith the villa, plus a small heated indoor pool, thus making it popular with both those guests whom desire a high degree of privacy and / or may be coming n the cooler months of the year.There is also a glass fronted fireplace that can be lit to make a cosy atmosphere in the winter months. This villa also has underfloor heating available to its guests for an additional charge of 600Turkish Lire per day, payable on arrival at the villa. The Indoor pool heating is available from 15.October through to 15.May (Daily price for pool heating is 1000 TL)
The accommodation itself comprises of a large open plan lounge / kitchen / dining area, plus one double and one twin bedroom. All these spaces have direct access to the spacious pool terrace, where there is a large infinity pool, some 10 x 4 metres (depth 1.5 m), plus a childrens pool (2.8 x 2.5 m, depth 80cm), an al fresco dining area with adjacent stone-built BBQ, plus a comfortable seating area , all from which the spectacular sea views can be enjoyed in total privacy.
The two bedrooms both have en-suite faciities and open on to an intervening space where there is a small indoor pool which is screened by glass doors from the outside , creating a small sun trap for the cooler winter months but which can be opened in the summer. The indoor pool is some 2.8 X 2.65 Meters, and has a depth of 1 metre. There is also a hydro massage feature in both this and the chldrens pool.

Villa had a renovation on 2022 and Turkish Bath and Sauna available use. That make your holiday great.

There is no public transport system in Kalkan. Therefore due to the villa's location being considerably uphill from the town centre, guests staying here would need to either have the use of a vehicle or use the reasonably priced taxi service.
The vill is within easy waling distance of a small supermarket and there are many restaurants which deliver to it free of charge.

The nightly rates shown are based on a minimum of 7 nights occupancy. Accordingly please note that for reservations of 6 nights or less there is an additional charge of 3500 Turkish Lire for cleaning of the villa , payable in cash on arrival .
