The apartment:

The apartment is located on the first floor of a residential building. The building has a lift, access ramp and concierge.

This apartment has three bedrooms, a full bathroom with a shower and a spacious patio. There are two bedrooms with double beds and the third has two single beds. In the living room, a comfortable double sofa bed, perfect for 8 people.

The kitchen is fully equipped with high-end appliances.

The cot is subject to availability. Please notify us no later than 5 days in advance.

Air conditioning in the living room.
Central heating schedule (only during the winter, November-May) from 1pm to 11pm.

The change from heating to air conditioning in the apartment\'s boiler will be carried out at the end of May, and in turn, the change from air conditioning to heating will be carried out in November in accordance with the protocols established by the community.

Important: in the case of bookings of 30 nights or more, a seasonal rental contract will need to be signed.

Respect: In order to ensure good coexistence and respect for the neighbours and residents, this apartment is equipped with a 24-hour noise monitoring system. Guests are required to comply with the established rest hours at all times.

The check-in process involves mandatory online registration of each guest prior to accessing the apartment. It will be essential to have a mobile device and internet on the phone to access the apartment.

Access to the apartment: this apartment is located within the area called MADRID CENTRAL with restricted access for motor vehicles. Please note that to access the apartment by private vehicle you must have the corresponding homologation from the municipal Traffic Management Directorate (DGT). Otherwise, you can only access the apartment on foot, or by public transport, taxi or VTC. Mit House is not responsible for any municipal fines in this regard.
