Lionfish Cottage ist ein 3 Schlafzimmer, 2. 5 Bad Villa-Stil Stadthaus in Marathon, FL im Indigo Reef Resort. Die Einheit ist wunderschön mit Blick auf den Golf von Mexiko und einer voll ausgestatteten Küche mit viel Granitarbeitsfläche, einem extra großen Essbereich mit Tisch und einem praktischen Gästebad auf der unteren Ebene angelegt.

Auf der zweiten Ebene verfügt die Master Suite über ein eigenes Master-Badezimmer und das Schlafzimmer öffnet sich zum Balkon auf der oberen Ebene. Auf der zweiten Ebene befinden sich zwei weitere Schlafzimmer sowie ein zusätzliches Gästebadezimmer und ein Schrank mit Waschmaschine und Trockner.

In allen Florida Keys ist das Indigo Reef eines der geschmackvollsten Resorts, die Marathon zu bieten hat.

Diese Eigenschaft ermöglicht das Grillen in den ausgewiesenen Grillbereichen auf den Docks. Holzkohlegrills zur Verfügung gestellt.

Dies ist eine geschlossene Resort-Community. Es sind keine Bootsanhänger im eingezäunten Bereich gestattet und es kann eine Geldstrafe verhängt werden, wenn sie auf das Grundstück gebracht werden. Bitte sorgen Sie im Voraus für eine Bootslagerung Ihres Anhängers. Das Whalers Plaza Fred's Beds verfügt über einen Bootsraum und liegt gegenüber der öffentlichen Bootsrampe und dem Bootshaus in der Coral Lagoon. Ihr Dock ist 30 m lang und fasst bis zu einem 30 m langen Boot. Parkausweise werden verwendet und befinden sich in Ihrem Gerät in der Bedienungsanleitung des Hauses.

Spectacular water views

Other than walking into a cracked toilet, which was replace immediately, the vacation in this property was amazing. Pool was exceptional along with the gulf views, boat dockage was great and weather was on our side. Everyone enjoyed it tremendously.

Great Location in the Middle of the Keys

This is a great spot in the middle of the Keys. It’s near plenty of dining options. Highly recommend Sparky’s. The docks at Indigo Reef have all recently been redone with trex decking which looks really nice. Fishing and boating right out the back door. Would definitely stay here again.

Indigo Reef is perfect

We stayed at a couple different Indigo Reef properties, this one had a spectacular view, near the end by the bay. Great communication with manager. indigo Reef takes amazing care of the property and the pool is always clean and perfect. Boat slip is a huge plus and it is protected. Would definitely stay here again.

Another week in Paradise

Our stay at the Indigo Reef Marina and Resort was fantastic. The location is perfect for boaters with protected docks and easy access via the Vaca Cut to the Atlantic and nearby reefs for snorkeling and fishing. Our unit was clean and well appointed. Other guests and owners were very nice. Will definitely be back

Great place but you gotta enjoy there termites

We have stayed at Indigo Reef on multiple occasions, but first time in unit #8 for a period of 2 weeks. Condo overall clean with quick access to boat slip right off the door. Needs new caulking in bathrooms as there is a lot of black that looks like mold, but that was not the main issue which was that the place was infested with live termites which landed on pillows and sheets on 2 out of the 3 bedrooms. Notified Island Breeze Vacation Manager right away who was responsive and came, and who sent the place to be cleaned next day and called Terminix for a subsequent visit, but obviously when you have termites, unless you tent the problem does not go away. After some back and forth via Island Breeze Vacations who contacted the owner who lives in the UK, got a small refund back. Won't be coming back until I know the whole building of 6-8 condo has been tented.

A great Villa with a Delightful view….

Our second time in this unit. Nicely decorated, clean & comfortable. We had a few hiccups but management took care of them promptly. The unit has wonderful views of the gulf and many palm trees from the decks. Well kept grounds. Nice pool. Great location in middle keys. Could use new skillets, new bed pillows and higher chairs for upstairs deck as the view is somewhat blocked by railing w low chairs. All in all a good & peaceful week at this Villa. Would rent again.

Our Experience

Beautiful place! The dishwasher didn't work. The guest shower was slippery and rigged up to work. There were no oven mitts or kitchen cloths. The maintenance man was great. The agent helped bit it was a holiday. The brow and everything else was gorgeous!! We would do it again.

Gorgeous Views- Peaceful & Comfortable

This was our second time staying at Indigo Reef. The units are well furnished with everything you will need. Peaceful, Quiet (in November). Convenient to all the Keys. Loved the Gulf view and sunrise/sunsets. Loved the upper and lower decks.

The property as a whole is very nice. Unit 8 is great, perfect location with dock right behind you. Unit is well equipped and decorated smartly. The mattresses are close to end of lifespan.

Very nice

Everyone liked your property. I but would of liked to have the ability to grill out. There was a grill out back with a couple small bags of charcoal on the bottom shelf of grill. the owners apparently don’t allow grills. I did notice the unit to our left had used it. I witnessed them putting it back in front of our steps one morning with the charcoal gone from the shelf. We would stay again, just wish I had a boat!!

Great location with beautiful views . Boat slip was close and accessible with just a short walk to the pool area. We enjoyed our stay however, did not received the welcome package as mentioned . The initial move in email had inaccurate information. Needs better attention to cleanliness and maintenance.

Excellent place to stay with your family

This is the third time we have stayed at Indigo Reef. Nice 3 bedroom 2-1/2 bath great for family. We love to great for fishing. Our unit #8 was perfect because the dock was right in front of our unit. The only negative was the kitchen . The Towels were non absorbent, the large fry pan was unusable and some utensils needed replacing. Other then the small items I mentioned the views are beautiful, pool is warm and the people are friendly. Oh and they are very dog friendly!!

The Beauty of the Keys all in one place

Indigo Reef #8 was the perfect retreat for our family in desperate need of some R&R. Its location is hidden from the main action of Marathon (its at the very north end of Marathon on the Gulf side within walking distance to the Aquarium). The beauty of the canals meeting the bay was a nice way to wake up every morning. We were met with all kinds of wildlife, such as manatees just about every day, wild birds, iguanas, and one morning, a dolphin! Strolling the docks of the canals in the morning was my favorite past time. Speaking of coffee, the townhouse has a regular coffee maker AND a Keurig coffee maker. While there was plenty of K-cups left either by the owner or a previous guest, I recommend you bring your favorite. The kitchen was well stocked with any items you might need to cook & eat. We bought a box of trash bags to leave under the sink, but just in case, you may want to bring some extra, as the kitchen trashcan was small and we found ourselves having to take out the trash at least every other day, more if you plan to cook and eat-in. My teenagers enjoyed the upstairs bedrooms, but each room was very small. They are perfect for kids/teens. The master was HUGE, as was the master bathroom. The king size bed was nice, but the mattress is a tad hard. There is plenty of storage space in the 2 closets and armoire & bedside tables. The view from the balcony is EXACTLY as pictured. The pool was HUGE and there was plenty of space for everyone. There are even a few pool toys available for anyone to use. The townhouse also has EIGHT (8) beach towels in the linen closet, so leave yours at home and just use what is provided. They were large and nice towels. We didn't have or rent a boat, so we didn't take advantage of the available dock or the freezer in the closet downstairs. BRING BUG SPRAY, like Off or something similar. The mosquitos are plentiful and noseeums bugs are too. We came home covered in itchy bites mainly from our late afternoons on the beach at Curry Hammock State Park and Sombrero Beach and early mornings and evenings on the deck. Our favorite restaurant was Burdines, but we also liked Island Fish Company and Sparkys. And definitely GO TO SWEET SAVANAH's for ice cream!!

A Truly Wonderful Property

This is a large, clean, and comfortable townhouse-style home situated in a serene and neighborly compound. The waterfront location and landscaped grounds were great for strolling and dog-walking. And the boat canal immediately behind the house kept our teenage sons occupied for hours every day, fishing and observing the herons, pelicans, and big manatee that seemed to be permanent residents. Had I known how boat-friendly the place is, I would have rented one for the week. As for the house, it's spacious and quiet. Everything was perfect when we arrived. Lots of towels, very usable kitchen gear, dozens of Keurig coffee pods... Our only complaint would be that the DSL internet service was pretty sluggish, especially when all four of us were online. We had no reason to meet the rental agency but they were consitently professional and attentive with good communications before, during, and after our stay. If you're considering a visit to The Keys, this place should definitely be on your short list. Highly recommended.
