Seasides is a Georgian townhouse situated in the town of Weymouth in Dorset and benefits from incredible views either of the harbour or beach. The townhouse can sleep 11 people in 2 king size, 1 super king-size, 1 king-size ‘half-tester’, 1 super-king size (twin single) all with en-suite showers and 1 double with single bedrooms as well has a family bathroom and shower room. The rest of the house is made up of a fitted kitchen/dining/sitting room. Off road parking for 1 car and an external decked area with furniture. Seasides will suit perfectly for large groups looking for a property close to the beach and town centre.
Amenities: Gas central heating. Washing machine, tumble dryer, microwave, 2 fridge/ freezers. Flat screen TVs, DVD. Wifi. Two cots and high chairs. Fuel and Power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Small external decked area with bistro tables and chairs. Parking for two small / one large car, see notes for measurements. Property also provides one on road parking permit for Zone F - Town Centre expiry 30/03/2026 (subject to spaces being available and to council renewal). Electric Car Charging available from external standard plug socket at rear of property.

A short drive takes you to Portland Harbour, and the rugged “Isle” of Portland, linked to Weymouth by the dramatic Chesil Beach. Visit Dorchester, Thomas Hardy’s “Casterbridge”, only 7 miles away, or take a journey along the scenic coastal road and call in at Abbotsbury Swannery and Subtropical Gardens. Alternatively, just head down to West Bay - the views of the stunning Dorset Heritage Coastline are not to be missed!
