Appartamento Altea is a holiday home on the ground floor of Residence Valentina, lovely complx with swimming pool, solarium and view on the sea, in Santa Maria al Bagno, near Nardò. The apartment is equipped with air conditioning, washing machine, hair-dryer, tv, safe, internet. It accommodates up to 5 guests. Pets are not allowed.

holiday home Appartamento Altea is one of the two semi-independent
units of the newly-built Residence Valentina. Altea has a large garden
with porch ideal at lunch or dinner.
The apartment consists of a spacious living room with open kitchen, dining area and sofa, 1 double bedroom,
1 triple bedroom with double bed and bunk bed and 1 bathroom with
shower.
The swimming pool, shared by all the residents of the complex
where the residence is located, is located on the terrace and is
complete with solarium and sea view.

Appartamento Altea is in Residence Valentina, in Santa Maria al Bagno, near Nardò. Residence Valetina is in Torre Mozza, 800 meters away from the lovely small beach.
In Santa Maria al Bagno, small and historic town near Nardò, inhabited
all year long, there are the main amenities and cultural spots such as
the Museo della Memoria e dell`Accoglienza and the Museo del Mare with
aquarium. Nardò is 5 kilometers away.

- After reservation, you can fix check-in (from 4pm to 8pm) and check-out (from 8.30 am to 10am). An extra payment of euro 50 is required for late check-in upon request (from 8pm to 12am).
- Upon your arrival you will be required to sign the tourism contract written in Italian language.
- The tourist tax is not included in the price and will be applied, where applicable, according to the municipal regulations.
- Bed linen/towels not provided: price is euro 15 per person per week.
- Shared Pool available from May to October.
- In case of non-disposal of waste, a penalty of euro 80 will be retained of the deposit.
- In case the kitchen and cutlery are left uncleaned, a penalty of euro 40 will be retained of the deposit.
