This superb holiday home on the promenade in Penzance has fabulous sea views across Mounts Bay.

Renovated in 2019 the house offers the perfect family base for a seaside break. Stroll out from the front door to discover great restaurants, quirky shops, beautiful parks and beaches.

The four bedrooms and three bath/shower rooms provide flexibility in sleeping arrangements. The ground floor living area is spacious and comfortable with garden to the front overlooking the sea.

The space
Fully renovated in 2019 the immaculate interior is decorated in neutral calming tones throughout.

The house is arranged over three floors with living room, dining room and kitchen on the ground floor. The first floor provides three double bedrooms, two of which have en-suite shower rooms (shower, toilet and sink) plus a family bathroom. All bedrooms have flat screen TV.

A steep staircase leads to the attic bedroom with twin beds with sea views.

To the front of the house is a garden with table and chairs and charcoal barbecue for alfresco dining.

Other things to note
One dog welcome at the house but we do ask that they are not left unattended.

Nice location with great view of Mounts Bay

Good location for exploring Southwestern Cornwall, convenient to restaurants and shops, parking can be a challenge. Beds were comfortable, house was clean, kitchen was adequately appointed. Did have to contact Steve next door (great guy, by the way) to get the refrigerator and wifi sorted when we first arrived, but he was able to do that right away. Fabulous view of the bay, pleasant outdoor seating in the front garden.

Sea front house

We felt the photos were slightly deceiving on the size of bedrooms and especially the en suites. The property in general we felt needed some TLC.

Location fantastic, property clean but outside areas a bit shabby. No keys in key safe on arrival, no key to disarm fire panel when toaster set off alarms, incorrect wifi info given.... 3 instances were dealt with by neighbour who had access to property, but everything should have been in place. (Luckily we were not in a remote property) Incorrect info given about refuse and recycling non existent. Have provided a review to property agent but there has been no response unfortunately. No useful folder to refer to ie in the case of the fire alarm panel... the app provided was a generic app and not specific to our property in Penzance sadly. However, we love Penzance but not sure if we would stay in Sea Dreams again.

Mejor de lo esperado

La casa es moderna y espaciosa, éramos cuatro adultos y dos jóvenes y había suficiente espacio para que cada uno. Cuenta con todo lo necesario, todo nuevo y funcionando. Es la mejor experiencia que hemos tenido en lo referente a apartamentos. Su ubicación es excelente

Conveniently Located

Property lovely and big and plenty of space for a family or group of friends. Right on the sea front and a lovely view from the lounge and front bedroom. Parking is easy and convenient opposite house but can imagine it can get very busy during the summer. The people next four in The slugger were really helpful.

Great location for local amenities and south west coastal path access.

Enjoyed staying at this property. Clean and comfortable and ideally located for local amenities and South West Coastal Path access. Bonus was the free parking across the road; we had 2 cars and were always able to find spaces during our stay in May. En-suites and kitchen on the small side but manageable. We didn’t encounter any problems with the property during our visit but Rebecca replied promptly to any queries we had before arriving. Would recommend!

Lovely stay in Penzance

The house was exactly as described, it’s in a great location on the sea front. Although we didn’t cook as we ate out the kitchen is well equipped if you want to. Would highly recommend.

May half term stay 2x family’s

Great location super clean house with everything you needed fully equipped kitchen. 7 in total stayed in the house 12,14,16 and 4 Adults had everything we needed and lots of space to sit together around the table and in the living room. A really great location to explore all the nearby beaches. Lovely walks out the front , skatepark And play park within minutes walk. Wi-fi was available but was very week our 4g was better but who needs Wi-fi when your on hoilday 🤪.. Always found a free parking space within easy walking distance to the house. One thing to note the twin room is up a very narrow steep staircase not really suitable for very young children or the old folk. We would definitely recommend this accommodation
