This brand new, luxurious villa is located in the popular resort area of Protaras and is just a 5 minute walk to the beaches, shops, restaurants and bars. The villa is fully equipped with brand new furniture and fittings to ensure a comfortable and relaxing self-catering stay
As you enter the villa, you will find the contemporary open-plan living room, kitchen and dining area surrounded by large patio doors leading to the garden and pool area. The living room has a comfortable corner sofa, widescreen TV with Satellite channels and WI-FI connection. The dining area has seating for 8 persons and the modern kitchen is fully equipped with all appliances needed for your self-catering stay and also includes a breakfast bar with extra seating for 3 persons.

Upstairs, you will find the four modern and spacious bedrooms, all complete with fitted wardrobes, bedside cabinets and widescreen TVs. The master bedroom has an en suite bathroom with a shower and WC, double bed and offers seaviews. Bedrooms 2 and 3 both have two single beds and bedroom 4 has a double bed as well as an en suite bathroom with a shower and WC

Outside, the spacious garden offers a barbecue area with a worktop and sink, outside shower, dining area, comfortable seating area, sun-loungers and a large private pool. There is also the option of pool heating for an extra daily charge of 60 Euros.

As we looked around to see who is going to manage these properties, as well as rent them, we saw a huge gap in the rental market, as the only companies that we could see offering these services were not what we were looking for. Today, Imagine Villa Rentals is the most successful short-term rental provider in the Famagusta area as well as manager of over 150+ villas. With such a wide range of villas, Imagine Villa Rentals is able to accommodate you, no matter how big your group.
Imagine Villa Rentals thrives on good customer service and listening to our guests, which is why approximately 50% of our business comes from repeat clients and recommendations, which is a great indication that we are getting it right.
