Honeymoon Villa with Very Private Pool, nr. Kalkan

This newly completed honeymoon villa is located in Üzümlü Village, some 10-15 minutes drive from the popular resort town of Kalkan.It has been designed with privacy in mind and has a pool which is not visible from outwith the villa.
The accommodation is all on one floor and comprises of a large open plan lounge / kitchen / dining area, and a double bedroom with en-suite bathroom, and large double jacuzzi.
Both the lounge and bedroom open onto the very private pool terrace.

The secluded pool is some 8 x 3 metres and is 1.55 metres deep. There is also a shallow pool area, where a small child could play, a barbeque, a hammock, and an al fresco dining area.
There is no public transport available in Uzumlu Village but this villa is within easy walking distance of a local grocers, which also delivers to the villa free of charge. There are also local restaurants which do a delivery service.
Guests wishing to explore the many local sights would either have to rent a vehicle or use the local taxi service.

The nightly rates shown are based on a minimum of 7 nights occupancy. Accordingly please note that for reservations of 5 nights or less there is an additional charge of 2500 Turkish Lire for cleaning of the villa , payable in cash on arrival .
