Unser einzigartiger, abgewinkelter Grundriss bietet GULF-Ansichten von allen Zimmern. Dies ist 'NICHT' Ihr typischer Grundriss in der Art einer Schrotflinte. Alle Zimmer sind abgewinkelt / offen mit Glastüren / Fenstern von der Decke bis zum Boden. Alle Zimmer verfügen über einen 28-Meter-großen Balkon mit Blick auf den Pool und den schönen GULF. Unsere Einheit ist sehr offen, groß, hat 9 'Decken, tolle 18-Zoll-Fliesenböden. Zu den einzigartigen Merkmalen dieses Gebäudes gehören klimatisierte Innenflure und ein geschlossener Parkplatz. Das Surfside Resort bietet eine der umfassendsten Annehmlichkeiten der Gegend.

Es gibt 2 Hauptschlafzimmersuiten. Ein riesiges Hauptschlafzimmer mit einem Kingsize-Bett mit Blick auf GULF, schönen Möbeln, einem TV / VCR, einem großen beleuchteten begehbaren Kleiderschrank, einem Schminktisch und einem geräumigen Master-Bad mit großer verglaster Dusche. Das zweite Schlafzimmer mit Blick auf den Golf verfügt über zwei große Betten mit schönen Möbeln, einen TV / VCR, einen Kleiderschrank und ein Bad mit Wanne / Dusche. Unsere 3. Schlafzimmer-Einheit verfügt über ein Kingsize-Bett, das als separate Einheit oder als 3. Schlafzimmer gemietet werden kann. Sie verfügen alle über DESIGNER-Möbel, TV / DVD und SPACIOUS-Master-Badezimmer.

Der WOHN- / ESSZIMMER-Raum ist brillant gestaltet und verfügt über hochwertige Details, darunter ein Entertainment-Center mit TV / DVD. Das Wohn- / Esszimmer verfügt über eine Spiegelwand, die einen atemberaubenden Panoramablick auf den GULF bietet. Das Wohnzimmer QUEEN SIZE SLEEPER SOFA ermöglicht komfortable Unterkünfte für 12.

Unsere komplett eingerichtete Küche verfügt über Geschirrspüler, Herd, Kühlschrank, Mikrowelle, Entsorgung, Kaffeemaschine, Mixer, Toaster, komplett mit Geschirr bestückt, sogar eine Topftopf. Wir haben viele persönliche Details hinzugefügt. Ihr aller Bedarf wurde erwartet. Wir haben auch Waschmaschine / Trockner und TV / VCR / DVDs im Wohnzimmer und in den Schlafzimmern.

We really enjoyed our stay. The views are simply stunning and there was plenty of room to accommodate 6 adult women on vacation to celebrate a 50th birthday! The response time from our host, if we had any questions, was very quick. We would definitely book again!

Wow! Just incredible from the moment we walked in to the incredible view from floor to ceiling windows! Perfect size and plenty of room for the 7 of us. Teenage girls had their own privacy in a suite which we didn’t realize had its own little kitchenette also! Definitely would recommend and would definitely rebook if we come back to Miramar Beach! Julie was great and very accommodating letting us check in earlier and check out later. Thanks for the memories!

Beautiful condo, amazing views

Spent the Fourth of July week here and couldn’t have enjoyed it more. The condo was perfect for our teenagers, the view was great, there were fireworks on the Fourth, and the hostess was responsive, professional and kind. Highly recommend!

Great Location

The room was nicely updated with an awesome view of the emerald coast! The location was perfect (almost on the beach)! Some shops and restaurants are walkable. The grocery store was 5 minutes away by car. It was nice the prooerty has a pool.The pool area needs better landscaped.Pool water temperature varied, some days it was just right and chilly on the other days. Pool area had some umbrellas. More umbrellas would be nice. No pool bar. The beach was across the street. The bridge from pool to beach has a lot of stairs. You can exit front door and cross the street to the beach.this across has mess stairs. The beach service was nice with very attentive staff. The sad was white and the water was very pretty. You can't beat staykng on the emerald coast!

Great Location

The condo was spacious, great location, and easy access to the beach. Having the beach service, umbrellas and beach chairs, was wonderful!! We truly enjoyed everything about our stay. The views from the balcony and condo were great!! Julie with the property management company was outstanding to work with! The only issue we experienced was not enough parking which is a huge problem during busy season.

Long weekend trip with friends

The location is amazing right off the beach with spectacular balcony views. We had a group of 7 and all fit comfortably. Beach with chairs and umbrella were awesome with great service from resort staff. We never got a chance to eat at resort restaurant but food smelled amazing - great fun places to eat all around. Room had everything we needed. Only complaints would be to replace some of the old stained sheets and repair or install bathroom fans. Also fire alarm went off on first night in 3rd room at 1am for no reason. Not a deal breaker as the pros far outweight the cons. Pool and hot tubs were great also.

The Most Amazing Views

Everyone in our party thought it was an excellent choice. The layout of the condo was perfect for us. The kitchen was very nice, well-equipped, and open to the living room with plenty of windows and wonderful balcony access to see the beautiful Gulf and white beaches. An added bonus was access nearby to fabulous restaurants. We don’t think we could have made a better choice. Thank you for the opportunity to enjoy this experience.

This resort does NOT have handicap/stroller access to the beach

This unit was nice and the views are great, but if you need handicap access or would like to take a stroller or wagon to the beach DO NOT stay in this resort. There are only 2 direct accesses to the beach, one has steep stairs and the other is 4 floors of stairs, ramp access is too far away to be helpful. Also, in order to go directly from the beach to the pool, you must either climb 4 floors of stairs to the overpass, or go back thru the resort lobby and take the elevator to the 1st floor access. Bad design on the resort overall. The listing did not mention this, only found it later in the comments from renters.

Miramar beach

Check-in took over a hour-be prepared for one set of elevators in the whole building for your stay. We avoided 4pm in the elevators/lobby everyday for this reason. The condo really needs to be brought up to date to 2022. The only wow factor is the view & that is basically what you are paying a lot for. The shower leaked the entire stay. Owner was notified and was not aware it had happened again-so that is an on going issue. Keep shower door closed or you will fall with all the water that was on our floor. Owner offered to bring bath mat. At no fault of the owners our water was shut off for half a day while we visited-so no cooking breakfast/lunch & no flushing toilets during that time or anything that you normally do with water! The condo was clean. I agree with others on very minimal supplies so I was prepared & some of the cookware needs to be tossed & replaced asap. The location was good. The property was clean. We felt safe. The beach access has no ramps-all steps-be prepared if you pull a wagon or have anything on wheels. The spa services I had were excellent. The Royal Palm restaurant was really good & nice to have so close. We never used the pool. We used Destin Grocery girls for our grocery delivery & I highly recommend that service if you visit the area.

4 day beach vacay

We stayed here for 4 nights for a bachelorette party. The view is amazing and the condo is the perfect size for a group of girls. It was nice to have a pool, hot tub, gym, restaurant, bar and beach all right there. The beach bar is great! I will say you will probably need a rental car if you don’t want to spend a ton on Uber. There are some things in walking/biking/golf cart distance but most of the places we went in the evening were a 20-25 min drive. I also think that they should leave extra toilet paper, dish soap, and trash bags. You’re expected to bag your your trash and take it to the trash chute but they don’t leave any extra bags. For the price it seems like that would not be too much to ask. Over all this was a great weekend place to stay. I think it would be perfect for a family as well.

Great space for two family group

We loved this condo. The pictures match accurately and I did read the reviews so I was aware of the plates, silverware and pots and pans not being “new” but there were plenty of them and worked great. View was great and we got pretty lucky with great beach weather all but 1 day. This is a great choice for the price/location and size of our group; 4 adults and 5 children ages 8-11. The Views!!!

This was our first time staying in the Destin area, and it was a huge mistake to book this property. I am totally spoiled now by the perfect views and the wonderful balconies we had! Our adult children stayed with us for part of the time and then some friends visited as well and the first thing they all were wowed by were the views. We also had a lot of space, with three bedrooms, three bathrooms, and a nice sized living area. We were there in January so the weather was a bit chilly, but if the sun was out, we could sit on one of the balconies that was protected from the wind and soak up plenty of sun. We also liked the pickle ball court, shuffleboard, and the pool area. All the people that we ran into that were staying there were very friendly and would strike up a conversation easily. There were plenty of restaurants and grocery stores within a mile or so and the beach was wonderful! Julie was great to work with and responded promptly when I requested a cooler and pot holders for the apartment. There was a closet filled with noodles, some floaties, and sand toys. There was one beach chair---which seemed a bit random. Why not at least 2 beach chairs? There were also plenty of blankets, pillows, and towels. The only suggestion would be to have a few more cleaning supplies and bigger fry pans. A tiny bottle of dish soap that didn't even suds up was supplied along with a two dishwasher pods. Some cleaning or disinfecting spray would have been nice as well. Yes, you can buy these items, but when you are only staying for 2 weeks or less, it seems wasteful to buy full sized bottles that will get left behind. So if you book here, I suggest packing extra DW pods and laundry pods as well as some cleaning supplies. Oh yes, and if you plan on cooking much, you need to supply your own salt, pepper, and any other spices. Bottom line, this is a great condo for large groups and I highly recommend it! We hope to be back when the weather is warmer.
