Overall, a nice stay. Simple, and close to the center of pigeon forge.
Jacuzzi tub is giant. TVs have been updated since the photos and the TV in the room with the jacuzzi tub can be pulled over to face the tub for viewing.
A few things from our stay that might be helpful to know:
Location: Google maps leads you to a house a couple doors down. This particular house is also marked with the name "Close to Heaven" instead of "Heavenly View".
Also note that the driveway is quite steep. We had the clearance for it in a Subaru Forester, but not certain if sedans would.
Furniture is a bit worn, but still okay.
Also, the hot tub was set to the hottest setting that was entirely too hot- the dial to turn it down is behind the wooden paneling on the side (it took a while to cool down enough, so just putting this as a tip if you want to enjoy the hot tub).
Kitchen has some tools, but no cookie sheet and absolutely no staples (even no salt or pepper).
Someone had mentioned towels, which there were more than enough towels for three of us for bathing and the hot tub. Might need to bring more if you have more adults (not sure how it would feasibly sleep 6 people. I'd say 4, because the couch probably wouldn't make for very comfortable sleeping)
Happy vacationing!
