Rent is for the entire 4-person, 2 bedroom holiday home, well equipped with room heaters, its own modern kitchen, living /dining room, toilet and bathroom , all completely self-contained and with private entrance from the Park. "Additional charges " refers to electricity, which is via a meter which takes pound coins, set at around cost price. Average £2-£4 per day in Summer, £5-£8 per day in Winter .Please remember to bring coins with you .
Parking is on site is free, however, no reservation required. There is no Wifi but good 4g smartphone reception.
There is 1 double bedroom, carpeted, including comfortable double bed for 2 people.
Also one twin bedroom, carpeted, with 1 comfy bunk bed comprising one full width double bed with a single bed on top.
Clean bed linen, bath mat and towels are provided at the start of each rental.
The chalet is serviced between rentals only. Linen changing, cleaning and sanitising is carried out by professional cleaners who run a laundry on the local industrial estate .
The Kitchen is well equipped, with kettle, toaster, cutlery and utensils, crockery, pans, glasses, ceramic hob, oven and microwave., There is also a washing machine /tumble dryer.
The bathroom contains a modern shower cubicle with glass door, wash-hand basin and toilet.
There is a utility cupboard with shelves.
The homely Lounge diner includes 2 luxurious sofas and a dining table with 4 chairs.
There is a foldable wooden table with 4 seats in the utility cupboard- for Park use only.
Upon arrival, chalet keys are accessed via a small key locker box next to the front door. The locker combination code will be texted or e-mailed to you close to the arrival date, once funds are secured.
The park is discretely lit, however a small torch or mobile light is advisable for safer access, and for reading the key locker combination if you arrive after dark.

Our 2 recently refurbished 2 bedroom 4 person self-catering holiday rentals are completely self-contained, each with own private entrance.
The chalets each have 2 bedrooms a bathroom, fully equipped kitchen with fridge/freezer and a spacious lounge/ diner. There is also a washing machine and tumble dryer. See photos.
There is one double room and a second bedroom with a triple bunk-bed comprising a double bed with a single bed on top. Clean towels and bedding are provided at the start of your stay.
You will have Freeview tv with hdmi ports and cd/dvd player.
Both chalets are close, identical and face South. We use a well-established local professional cleaning firm.
The former park facilities are long gone, hence the surrounding maintained parkland is very quiet and free for you to enjoy.
The main road is not suitable for pedestrians so a car is advisable, but buses stop at the Park.
Park-and-ride buses, leisure centre and supermarkets are 0.5 miles away.
