Great place to stay

Lovely flat, well decorated, clean, great layout, love the river view, handy for town. Great communication with the letting agents. Would 100% recommend.

Excellent holiday in Belfast

Great location with excellent views of the Lagan. Good spacious apartment with everything we needed. The staff were very helpful, both whilst planning the holiday and during our stay. We'll be happy to stay there again!

For Nine people in one place it was great value.

The apartment was great for accessing central Belfast the younger of us walked into the City, the older ones could get taxis easily. Walking distance to Lanyon Station. The view over river was very nice and communal lounge / kitchen was very spacious. Only possible downside was only one main WC plus one en-suite and only 1 parking space. Not great but manageable for 9 people.

Very accommodating, spacious modern apartment

The apartment is very spacious and airy. The rooms are large and have plenty of storage. We did find that the doors are quite large and heavy and if left to close alone, they will slam and make a racket. Could be avoided with a simple fire door arm. Also the glass selection for drinks in the kitchen could be better but didn’t cause any issues. We had a lovely stay, we were able to leave our luggage super early due to our flight arrival, and then allowed a later check out (at a charge).

Great Location, beautifully appointed. Exterior of building and Common Areas are run down.

My family stayed in this very spacious apartment at the end of March 2024. We appreciated the unit for its great decor and multiple rooms. It is very nicely decorated with lovely furnishings to make the stay enjoyable. We did check in after 5 pm (5:10 pm) and unfortunately there was no office contact until the following business day/hours. We didnt like the process of accessing the parking space/gate. Its a complicated process of parking on the sidewalk (not the street) because the building is located on a major road, accessing the unit on the fourth floor in the dark to retrieve the key fob and back down the four floors to a pitch black main floor to open the gate. The exterior of the building and common areas to access the apartment are very run down. There wasnt any functioning lights on the main floor & near the elevator - it was pitch black even in the middle of day. Some of the other floors had flickering lights. We had to use our flashlight on our mobile phones to navigate the space. We reported this issue to the owner/management team and they promptly responded that it was beyond their control and they did not correct the issue for the four days we stayed. We did let the owner/management team know of two areas within the unit that needed very small repair and they immediately fixed those. Although the unit itself is very nice and ideally located, we would not recommend staying here.

Fabulous apartment in a central location.

The view across the river from the apartment at night is beautiful. The apartment is very well equipped and had everything we needed. Everyone I spoke to at Central Belfast Apartments was courteous, polite and helpful. I mostly spoke with Courtney who is very pleasant, dealing with any queries patiently and without fuss. Highly recommend.

Very comfortable with a beautiful view.

Extremely spacious apartment. All the bedrooms had plenty of room and storage space, and it was fantastic to have two bathrooms when you have a group of people. We all loved the view. It was very relaxing in the morning and very pretty with the lights at night.

Mixed Bag - We prefer to work over the VRBO app

This is a spacious apartment with beautiful river, city and mountain views - close to St. George's Market. Belfast is a wonderful city and worth the visit, particularly the Market, the Linen Quarter, City Hall, Ulster Museum and pubs and restaurants. The VRBO application provides a secure communication and payment platform. This host does not work through the app for those functions. It was unnerving. Every guest had to email a personal ID. You must pay through Paypal and not the app. The people in the office are very nice but it we could not always reach them on the phone. We use and prefer VRBO’s messaging feature. VRBO said that the host is a "preferred partner" company, scan work outside of VRBO. We do not like that at all. The apartment has some maintenance needs – the Espresso Machine looked nice but could not function because it is missing the brew head; one of the two ovens does not work; there were several issues with a broken door, windows that won't stay open and shades. This is a convenient, spacious apartment with all that you need in the kitchen. Our primary concern is that we are used to communicating with and paying our hosts directly through the VRBO’s secure app.
