A lovely family apartment with light and airy interiors, designer furniture, and delightful garden views from the balcony. Perfect for up to 5 guests, this 3 bedroom home resides in a nice quiet spot, just a short walk from the beautiful Montmartre district.
Please note: There is an elevator inside but step access to enter the building.
LIVING ROOM/ DINING ROOM
This apartment is beautifully furbished (the host is an architect!) with bright spaces and designer furniture. There is a comfortable, colourful living room with two glass doors opening onto the balcony. Light wood flooring, fresh white walls and a large mirror mounted on a wood drawer unit, create a light and airy feel to this relaxing space. There is a large sofa, an armchair, a large Smart TV, glass-topped coffee table, and a sleek dining table with 4 chairs. The whole room is enlivened by colourful prints, including a vibrant modern canvass above the sofa.
KITCHEN
On your left is a smart modern kitchen with sleek black counters and chrome fittings. There is an oven with an induction hob, a fridge-freezer, microwave and dishwasher. There is also a stylish breakfast bar with three silver stools, perfect for sipping your coffee whilst admiring the view from the glass doors out onto the balcony. The balcony is equipped with a small table and four chairs.
BATHROOM
The bathroom interiors include fresh white tiles and chrome fittings. There is a bath with an overhead shower and a double sink with a large mirror above and drawers below. The room is brightly lit by clusters of spotlights. There is also a washing machine.
MASTER BEDROOM
The master bedroom has fresh neutral interiors, modern minimalist lighting, and glass doors overlooking the balcony. There is a double bed, a large mirrored wardrobe, a glossy black piano and stool, and a little white armchair perfectly placed for you to enjoy the view. The room is decorated with modern artwork and an elegant framed mirror above the piano. There is a small shelving unit on the wall and a speaker.
SECOND BEDROOM
This delightful room would be perfect for children but has plenty of space for adults too, with a double trundle bed and plenty of light. Drawers beneath the bed provide ideal storage space. There is a little white table, bookshelves, and a chest of drawers. There is also a wardrobe by the balcony window.
THIRD BEDROOM
A lovely room with serene white and blue interiors and a single bed tucked into a cosy alcove. There is a small desk and stool, a shelving unit, and a mirrored wardrobe. The room is set off by charming decorations and strung with blue and white fairy lights.
