The contact guy for this suite (he introduced himself as Darryl from Edmonton) did not understand the fact that he was the one to porivde a service for which we paid the rental fee. Originally at our arrival day he did not allow us to leave the luggage in the rental suite earlier giving a reason that there will be cleaning service in the flat until 4pm (we arrived to Granada at 11:00am; later at the departure date we've been requested to leave the property at 11:00am to allow the cleaning lady to do her job until 4pm- which gives us a clear picture that it takes 5 hours for the cleaning lady to clean 1 bedroom apartment, and Darryl just did not want to disturb the cleaning lady by giving us a chance to bring the luggage earlier (prior 4pm) at our arrival date. However, once we arrived and messaged Darryl at 11:00am he told us all of a sudden that we can come now. We were very happy to bring the luggage into the suite, however, it was revealed that Darryl just wanted us to stay in the apartment and to wait for the plumber because the bathroom sink was broken :)) We told 'no", we will survive without the sink. But the plumber came exactly on time when we returned to the rental property in the afternoon... The plumber phoned Darryl because did the repair was not complete in 1hour so Darryl phoned us that plumber will come next day again. The plumber was walking in his "dirty street shoes" in the flat. We told Darryl to take care of the sink without our help. but he did not...
