Situated on the ground floor within an exclusive gated complex, the residence boasts two expansive terraces – one adorning the entrance side (facing north) and the largest one affording panoramic views of the lush garden and pool area (facing south).

THE APARTMENT
Step into a meticulously redesigned kitchen equipped with modern amenities, seamlessly connecting to a luminous living room featuring a 55” flat-screen TV, a six-person dining table, and a plush sofa bed for additional guests. Two bedrooms offer the indulgence of luxury mattresses, complemented by two full baths – one with a shower and the other with a bathtub/shower combo, including a convenient washing machine.

The living room extends onto the terrace for an indoor outdoor feel. The terrace offers hosts a lounge set with a sofa and two chairs, followed by a dining table for six and sunbeds for those seeking relaxation. The south-facing terrace ensures an abundance of sunshine throughout the day. In case of warmth, a parasol provides comforting shade, or you can retreat to the north-facing terrace where shade prevails for most of the day.

The apartment offers two AC-units, ceiling fans in every room, high-speed fiber WiFi, an extra-large flat-screen TV in the master bedroom, Smart-TV with radio, PS3, an extensive movie collection, washing machine, hair dryer, hair straightener, microwave oven, toaster, coffee maker, kettle, mixer, citrus press, dishwasher, and supplied bed linen and towels, among other conveniences.

LOCATION
Within a brief 5-minute stroll, three grocery stores await, one featuring a diverse selection of Scandinavian and British food. Various shops and restaurants are within walking distance, offering an eclectic range from Indian and Asian cuisine to Spanish tapas and buffets.
