My stylish two bedrooms apartment is the perfect base when visiting Rome. Conveniently located in the exciting area of Prati and with excellent transport links, you’ll be right in the hub of the city but able to escape the hustle and bustle!
The living area is an open space made of a cosy sitting room with a double sofa bed, a dining table and a fully equipped kitchen.
Both bedrooms have a super comfortable double bed and, with fresh luxury linens, what more do you need for a good night’s sleep? You don’t have to live out of your suitcase; plenty of storage room means you can get unpacking and start feeling at home right away.
Freshen up in the lovely bathroom - wake up in the mornings with the fantastic shower. White fluffy towels and shampoo are provided!
If cooking is your thing, you’re going to love spending time in the stylish kitchen. All the appliances are modern and easy to use - you’ll enjoy showing off your culinary skills here! My property will be professionally cleaned before your stay.

To offer all the guests a pleasant stay please consider the followings notes:

- check-in after 7pm on request, according to availability and subject to a fee (from 7pm to 10pm €35, from 10pm to 12am €50); in case of delay the extra fee will be applied according to the effective arrival time;
- according to the Italian law in Rome the tourist city tax is € 6 per person per night, applied for the first 10 nights;
- all the guests will be required to show a valid identity document at the time of check-in for registration to the Italian local authorities (also children - unaccompanied minors will not be accepted);
- baby cot available on request (linen not provided);
- each stay is supplied with a set of linen based on the number of guests, for medium-long stays there are no intermediate supplies or linen changes during the stay;
- for long term rentals (over 29 consecutive nights), guests will be asked to sign a rental agreement that will be made available via email before arrival
