Cozy whole apartment on the second floor of a new and modern building with a large balcony facing the beautiful Pacific Ocean in the heart of Mazatlán's boardwalk, ideal to enjoy the sunset or relax contemplating the beautiful port. It has two air-conditioned bedrooms with television, free wifi, living room, dining room with a well-equipped kitchenette, two bathrooms, washer-dryer, elevator, access with a smart lock and parking for one vehicle. The roof garden is huge. It has a cardio gym, meat grill, dining room, solarium with lounge chairs and a lounge with incredible views. Pets are welcome. Unbeatable location to take advantage of the stay in the port. You will be close to everything: restaurants, bars, cafes and convenience stores, on foot and without transport problems to any destination, such as the airport, bus station or the cruise and ferry terminal. In front you have the North Beach and 300 meters away is the Pinitos Beach, to swim in the sea safely. Ideal point to rent a bicycle, walk or run along the very long boardwalk. Near the Plaza Machado, the Historic Center and the traditional bar "El Muchacho Alegre".

Terrible communication. The host stopped responding and cancelled majority of my trip 5 days prior. He had confirmed our stay 3 month in advanced. Once he cancelled he stopped responding to me and to vrbo directly. Terrible.

Worst ever - checked out earlier than booked and paid for

Negativity is unlike me, but this VRBO does not deserve much positive. To start, the Host (Anel) would only communicate in Spanish. We we had to use Google translate for all communication with her. Communication was a problem even before our arrival – trying to get the access codes for the bldg and unit, then Google maps shows it many blocks away from the actual location. Same with the taxi driver’s electronic navigation and we had to get him to call the Host in Spanish to get directions to the actual location or we would not have been able to find it. Other communication problems were sorting out our first being given an incorrect wi-fi network name and password. The view from the condo is spectacular, however the street and traffic noise is most times unbearable. The condo lacks maintenance, such as loose door handles, a window opener that falls off, an unattached bathroom tap that wobbles around in its socket, a bedside lamp didn't work, loose shower drain cover, etc. “Starter” even one-time amenities were lacking like shampoo, conditioner, coffee, laundry soap. Missing eating utensils, remotes or dead batts., safe locked and inaccessible. "Advertised "amenities like hair dryer, grill, ironing board, maid service were not suppled. When I questioned the Host about such things she rudely replied with a "sad-face" emoji - I assume meant too bad, so sad. So disappointed with the host and unit - we left 2 days earlier than we had booked and paid for.

Great location except for the street noise. At times unbearable. Landlord communicated well in the beginning but tailed off at the end of stay. found it odd place didn’t have a broom, hand towels and fish towels.

No pudimos escoger mejor

Estuvimos muy cómodos, la vista es excelente, el departamento cuenta con todo lo necesario, totalmente independiente y muy bien ubicado, sin duda volveremos.
