This bright apartment, furnished with high-class furniture, with the warm colours of the wood and the exposed beams, will frame your wonderful holiday in Venice.
You will be just a stone's throw away from St. Mark's Square and the Frezzerie, the luxury shopping area. 350m away you can admire the particular Contarini del Bovolo staircase and with a few more steps you will reach the majestic Rialto Bridge. There are also many vaporetto stops that will take you to Santa Lucia train station, the airport and Piazzale Roma, as well as to the other islands of the lagoon.
Located on the second floor of a typical Venetian palace, the accommodation can accommodate up to a maximum of 6 people and consists of a large living room with a sofa bed, a separate and fully equipped kitchen with all the necessary appliances, two double bedrooms and a bathroom with a shower.
For the comfort of our guests, we provide free Wi-Fi access, air conditioning, independent heating, a hairdryer, a washing machine and a TV.
Check-in is possible from 3pm to 7pm. Later check-ins are possible by prior arrangement and with a small extra payment. At check-in, the tourist tax of €5 per person per night will be required.
