Le case dei fiori heißt insgesamt 7 Personen willkommen, aufgeteilt in 2 Apartments.
Das First Apartment ist ein zweistöckiges Gebäude, das höher als das der anderen Villa liegt, um einen privateren Aufenthalt zu gewährleisten. Am Eingang im ersten Stock gibt es ein Einzelzimmer neben einem Badezimmer mit Dusche, während sich das andere Schlafzimmer für zwei Personen (das Bett kann in zwei geteilt werden) und ein weiteres Badezimmer befinden. Auf der gleichen Etage befindet sich eine kleine, aber voll ausgestattete Küche mit allem Komfort wie Geschirrspüler und Mikrowelle.
Das Second Apartment ist ein ideales Objekt für Paare oder für eine kleine Familie. Es hat einen eigenen Eingang, der Komfort und Privatsphäre garantiert, sowie einen kleinen privaten Garten mit einem alten Zitronenbaum. Innen ist es geschmackvoll gestaltet und eingerichtet: Der Gast findet ein Wohnzimmer mit Kamin, eine kleine, aber voll ausgestattete Küche und zwei schöne Schlafzimmer mit jeweils eigenem Bad.
Beide Häuser bilden einen wunderbaren Komplex, der durch seine leuchtenden Farben besticht, die an die Natur, das Meer, die Sonne… die Küste erinnern!

Great views

The two apartments were welll done. The bottom apartment has a great terrace overlooking Positano. The listing says shared pool. There is no pool.

Great property, listing info is lacking

This is a beautiful property with much to offer. The outdoor spaces are breathtaking. Large terraces, an outdoor bar, small pool, and plenty of seating. The air conditioning was great for our warm September trip. Rosanna, the local representative for the company was kind and attentive. There were a couple of things we would have preferred to understand from the listing. 1. This is Positano, and there are a lot of stairs. 80, in fact, from the street to the front door of the units. This was a surprise, and I wish we had known to hire a porter service for our luggage. 11 bags up those stairs for our whole group after a long trip there was an unpleasant surprise. 2. Parking is listed as an amenity, but it is not included. We partly chose the property based on what seemed like included parking, but they really mean is that there is a public lot nearby, which is 50 euro a day. We felt this was unclear in the listing. 3. This is two separate apartments with no connection. We saw that there was a separate entrance in the listing, but we did not realize there was no connection at all. Overall, this was a great property, but we felt like the listing was somewhat misleading and left out crucial information for first-time visitors. The parking situation should be clarified, and we wish that there had been some communication about the stairs, even if that meant a recommendation to enlist a porter service.

Great apartments with awesome views!

Our family of 6 stayed at the two apartments for 3 nights. There are million dollar views from the balcony. We had plenty of room, the place was very clean and the hosts were responsive. We enjoyed the outdoor patios--they had plenty of table space. We had access to 2 washing machines and a nice sized drying rack. The only issue we had is with an ant infestation one morning in my son's room. He woke up early morning and his bed and walls were covered in ants. There was ant spray on hand so it must be a common occurrence and nothing the property owners can do much about but treat it. We definitely got our exercise in Positano as we walked everywhere. It is 529 steps from the harbor up to the apartment if you are walking. There is a local bus that stops near the apartment that runs every 1/2 hour but you still need to walk up some steps from the harbor area to get up to the road. There are also taxis. We took a taxi one night and he dropped us off on the road above our apartment which was not our address. It was hard to find our way down as we did not know where we were. The taxis also don't run on meters so they are free to charge what they want. Our taxi ride was 30 euros! If you are staying in Positano higher up on the hill, highly suggest you arrive by private shuttle right to your address as lugging our luggage up 529 steps was not fun. Overall, it was an amazing experience. We loved this property.

It was a wonderful villa.

We thoroughly enjoyed our time at the two villas. Mrs. roseanna was wonderful and helpful. The views are spectacular. The villas were clean and comfy.

my review of the apartment in positano

You have asked for a review for our summer stay, here is my response: This Apartment lies in the stunning location of Positano due to is location near the centre the approach to all the near by services was smooth, inside it has everything you want, the access to air conditionig make the stay way better in september at least and all it is exactly how is show in the pictures. Overall we enjoied our stay, thank you very much Matteo and Francesca.

Un esperienza indimenticabile

L'appartamento era molto confortevole, chiaro e spazioso. I proprietari ci hanno accolto con gran amicizia. Un soggiorno perfetto. Solo un inconveniente per le personne anziane : le distanze per andare al mare non sono eccessive, però in un paese come la costiera amalfitana potrebbero avere delle piccole difficoltà, a causa dei molti scalini in generale. in ogni caso ci riteniamo soddisfatti. Un saluto e un abbraccio a Francesca, Matteo e i proprietari, vi ringraziamo di tutto e speriamo di ritornare (soldi permettendo)
