The balcony overlooks the pool terrace and includes part sea views and full mountain views.

The complex holds 3 heated communal pools with a gated terrace and plenty of sun loungers available free of charge. Also has children pool, outside showers and a pool table. The complex has numerous facilities within meters such as supermarket, bars and restaurants.

This apartment is maintained on a regular basis. Cots and high chairs are available free of charge, all linen and bathroom towels are provided. The property manager is hands on if any problems arise.

LOCATION DESCRIPTION;

The apartment is located close to the centre of Los Cristianos and the sandy beach. There are a selection of bars, restaurants, supermarkets, shops, banks etc all within a couple minutes walk from the apartment. Los Cristianos has a beautiful safe and clean beach, ideal for families with plenty of shops, bars for entertainment and Tenerife south airport is only 15 minutes from the accommodation. Las Americas is a 5 minute drive away. The villa itself is situated in a quiet area and there is no building work going on nearby.
