Choosing a villa can be difficult, this villa offers everything from a breath-taking exterior to a phenomenal interior. The architecture of the villa is modern and chic, with beautiful scenery of mountains and sea.

All three bedrooms are large, comfy, and airy. What can be more perfect than comfort with a view? These bedrooms have balconies with an exotic sea view. Imagine yourself waking up in such a place. One of the bedrooms has an en suite with a walk-in shower. All three bathrooms have a modern design and contain all the amenities that help you get ready for a day out.

The living area is the place that is used the most while having family time. The villa offers an attractive living room with a large flat-screen TV ( UK channels available). As comfort is promised, the villa provides a highly equipped kitchen with center island and granite worktops, making the cooking time fun, the kitchen has everything one needs for cooking and a dining table with an eight-person capacity

An outside dining area is perfect for dinners outside. You can enjoy the weather and view with meals here. The villa also has a BBQ area. This outdoor dining has a capacity for eight people at a time. What can be more relaxing than a great time swimming? The villa has a large heated swimming pool which has crystal clear water. The outdoor sitting area with comfortable sofas is excellent for relaxing outside. Bask in the warm sunlight. The sun loungers are available in the villa for having a great sunbath.

This villa is maintained on a regular basis to a high standard and the property manager is very hands on if any problems arise.

LOCATION DISCRIPTION;

Located in the popular resort of Callao Salvaje in the Costa Adeje area, on the south coast of Tenerife (only 25 km from Tenerife South airport). Callao Salvaje has everything to provide pleasure, relaxation and most importantly convenience with an excellent selection of amenities that is within walking distance. Also, not forgetting the reasonably priced accommodation and lots of sunshine which are more reasons tourists love Callao.

This accommodation is 800 meters from the centre of the resort, where you will find many restaurants, cafes, bars, supermarkets and the beach. There are some admirable restaurants to suit all tastes, plus some late night bars with entertainment and a beautiful man made beach that was completed in 2012. The resort holds a taxi rank and good transport links to anywhere on the island via several bus stops with regular service. Therefore, car hire is not required.

Callao Salvaje is becoming more popular with new developments and now has a total of 6 hotels open. Sports facilities are available in the area such as a public football pitch, child mini park and pay to use tennis courts. Callao Salvaje is a 10 minute drive or approx 20 euros in a taxi to the busier areas such as Los Cristianos and Las Americas. The wonderful golf courses in Costa Adeje and in the Abama are also nearby.
