The house comprises two bedrooms, one living room and a combined kitchen/diner. Contemporary updates include a fully fitted kitchen with a breakfast bar, separate dining table and all the necessary mod cons such as washing machine, undercounter fridge and separate freezer and microwave. Every effort has also been to include all that you might need to cook regular meals.
The cosy living room has a wall mounted flat screen TV and comfortable sofa for relaxing.
The bedrooms are located on the first floor and each have 2 single beds. Although for longer stays it may be possible to combine 2 single beds to create a large double bed. There is ample storage space for your personal belongings.
The bathroom is a modern white suite with a bath, an over the bath electric shower, wash basin, wc and towel radiator.
The property is in a prime location, offering easy access to all the local amenities, such as supermarkets, cafes and is also only a 10 mins drive to the city centre attractions. The location is also well connected to public transport, with bus and train stations nearby.
There is a spacious rear yard, for relaxing during the summer months and for your convenience and free street parking directly in front of the house.
