Welcome to my home and to this fantastic city!
My spacious apartment has three bedrooms and is the ideal base for visiting Rome. Strategically located in the lively Prati area and with excellent connections, you will be in the city center but at the same time away from the hustle and bustle.
The living area is spacious and bright and features a modern design. Relax on the sofa bed, have fun with your friends, you will feel at home!
It is a welcoming and inviting space where you can relax.
The master bedroom has a very comfortable double bed, the second bedroom has two single beds and the third has a single bed. All beds are made with fresh, clean linen. What more could you want for optimal rest?
You will find at your disposal enough space to store all your clothes and personal items!
Wake up in the morning with a fantastic shower or a relaxing soak in our lovely bathrooms, they are the perfect place to relax and take care of yourself. You will find a basic supply of shower gel and shampoo.
If cooking is your passion, you will find everything you need to experiment with local recipes or prepare your favorite breakfast. The kitchen equipment is complete and simple to use.
Upon your arrival you will find my home professionally cleaned.

To offer you and all the guests a pleasant stay please consider the following:

- check in time is 3pm - 8pm > later arrivals are allowed at maximum 10pm, must be requested and agreed in advance and will be subject to the payment of an extra fee upon the arrival (30€ until 10pm - any delays beyond this time an increase of €10 per hour will be requested);
- please respect the house and the people who live in the building (don’t make noise between 10pm and 8am in the morning);
- according to the Italian law in Rome the tourist city tax is € 6,00 per person per night, applied for the first 10 nights (not applied to children up to 10 years); you can pay the city tax amount in cash at the check in;
- guests will be required to present valid IDs at the time of check-in for registration to the Italian security authorities;
- baby cot available on request (linen not provided);
- for long term rentals (over 29 consecutive nights), guests will be asked to sign a rental agreement that will be made available via email before arrival
- each stay is SUPPLIED WITH a set of linen and towels based on the number of guests and a basic supply of soap and toilet paper for each bathroom; for medium-long stays there are no intermediate supplies or linen changes during the stay.
