Main Living Room
Located at the pool level, this living room has direct access to the main terrace and outdoor pergola covered dining area.
It offers a designer's dining table and sofas, as well as a flat screen with satellite pay channels, 60 DVDs and Bose sound system.
A baby cot and chair, as well as a washing machine, are also available.
Seafront master bedroom, pool level
This master bedroom offers direct access to the pool area and distinguishes itself by a large stonewall leading to a wellness shower.
The double bed has a high quality Dunlopillo mattress (160*210*21 cm)
Seafront master bedroom with designer bathtub
This exclusive master bedroom is located seafront on the first floor. It has access to a large terrace and offers a double bed with a high quality Dunlopillo mattress (170*200*21 cm).
​This space was initially designed for 2 small bedrooms, but the plans were changed during construction, resulting in a large master bedroom with a freestanding designer's bathtub, assuring a unique bathing experience thanks to an unequaled sea view.
Sea view master bedroom with jet shower
This master bedroom offers a unique view at the sea, the wild landscaping and the "white mountains" on the horizon.
It's uniqueness however comes from the snail-shaped wellness shower with 6 jets.
The double bed has a high quality Morpheus mattress (160*200 cm).
Upper floor seafront living room
The second living room is located on the first floor and offers amazing sea views thanks to the large bay windows.
It comprises a flat screen TV with PlayStation 3 and 20 games of any kind, as well as a designer's library with English, French and German books.
The room can be completely closed by a massive wooden sliding door, so as to be used as a proper fifth bedroom with 2 quality sofa beds.
Standalone bathroom
Although every bedroom has en suite bath or shower and a stylish corian sink, a standalone bathroom offers guests an additional bathtub, shower, toilet and corian sink. This bathroom can for example be used if the second living room is used as a bedroom, as it is located directly besides the living room.
Another separate toilet is also located on the pool level.
The detached villa spreads on a plot of 4500 sqm, located directly at the first row of the sea (spot highlighted in the picture below) and enjoys complete privacy from the second row villas.
At the seaside, the landscape has voluntarily been left untouched, to allow for a complete symbiosis with nature. A lawn at the backside of the house allows resting in the shade.​
The area of Akrotiri offers lovely sandy beaches, traditional local taverns and picturesque sights. It is largely unspoiled by tourism, assuring a quiet retreat for your stay. It is yet ideally located, whatever type of holiday you are looking forward to.
If you want to live the laid back Cretan life, you will find several traditional local taverns within a few minutes drive, where you can enjoy the healthy and tasty local Cretan kitchen.
​You will of course find several cozy sandy beaches in the direct neighborhood (amongst which Stavros, famously known from the movie “Zorba The Greek”) or you can take a trip to the rocky mountainside to visit the Moni Kirias monastery and the small and intimate creek of Pelagos.
If you are more into nightlife, shopping or visiting ancient cities, take a 20-30 minutes drive along the shoreline to the old Venetian harbor city of Chania, where you’ll find everything from day cruises to nightclubs, fashion, shops and world cuisine restaurants.
Nevertheless, Chania has managed to remain one of the most preserved and authentic antique cities of Crete and is definitely worth some trips.
​Drive through Chania and you find endless tourist beaches with water sports and plenty of waterfront restaurants.
​If you want to discover two of the most amazing beaches of the Mediterranean, plan a day trip to Elafonisos and at least a half-day trip to Kissamou.
​The villa is only a 15-20 minutes drive from Chania Airport (served amongst others by Ryanair) and 2 hours from Heraklion airport.
