LESEN SIE UNSERE BEWERTUNGEN. Einer der beliebtesten Inselbewohner !!! Ansichten im 6. Stock. Neue Upgrades in 2017, 2018 und 2019. So sollte eine Strandwohnanlage aussehen! Seien Sie einer der ersten, die diese kürzlich aktualisierte Wohnung genießen. Ich habe gerade eine hohe Gold-Einheit erhalten, aber wir werden die Silberpreise für 2019 beibehalten (um diejenigen zu ehren, die sich aktuell verpflichtet haben oder darüber nachdenken). Die brandneue Küche (2019) umfasst alle Edelstahlgeräte, Quarz-Theken, weiße Shaker-Schränke und neues Backsplash. Ganz neu installierter Dielenboden (2017). Neue Hauptschlafzimmer-Bettwäsche und -Möbel (2017), einschließlich neuer Therapeutic-Königsmatratze. Neu renoviertes Gästebad (2019). Neues Esszimmerset (2017) mit Sitzbänken und vier Stühlen. Brandneues Schlafsofa, Liebessitz und Lederwippe / Liege im Wohnbereich (2017). Deckenventilatoren im Essbereich und Meister (2018). Frischer Anstrich (2019) hellt das Gerät auf. Zweites Schlafzimmer bietet zwei Einzelbetten. Unsere Wohnung im sechsten Stock (Millionen Dollar Ansichten) bietet Platz für bis zu 6 Personen in Komfort. Kabelfernsehen im Wohnzimmer und in beiden Schlafzimmern. Kürzlich durchgeführte Upgrades (einschließlich; ein 42-Zoll-Flachbildschirm-HD / TV und DVR- und CD-Player im Wohnzimmer; ein 32-Zoll-Flachbildschirm-HD / TV im Hauptschlafzimmer; neue Betten und ein 26-Zoll-HD / TV im Gästezimmer); Plantagenfensterläden in beiden Schlafzimmern und der Küche. Neue Lampen und neue Bilder und Kunstdekor überall. Alle Bettwäsche sind inklusive: Schlafsofa Bettwäsche; Decken und Kissen, dreimal wöchentlich ausgewechselt; viel Badetücher; und 6 Strandtücher. Zusätzlich zu Destin Beach nur wenige Schritte entfernt und mit leichtem Zugang von der Einheit zu allen "New Islander" Spaß Aktivitäten, die Aussicht von unserem privaten Balkon sind unglaublich schön. Es gibt Tag und Nacht "Florida Sehenswürdigkeiten" mit Blick auf den Strand und Boote von und nach Destin Harbor. Sehen Sie ein Wildreservat, einen Sonnenuntergang über dem Golf 365 Tage im Jahr. Vom Balkon aus können Sie das ganze Sommer- und Spezialfeuerwerk und die funkelnden Nachtlichter von Fort Walton Beach bewundern. Kurzzeitmieter erhalten von März bis Oktober täglich einen kostenlosen Strand. (Ein Regenschirm und zwei Stühle)

Diese Wohnung befindet sich am Strand und liegt in der Gegend Holiday Isle, einem Stadtviertel von Destin. HarborWalk Village und Destin Commons sind einen Ausflug wert, wenn du Lust auf Shoppen hast. Wer lieber die Natur der Region bewundern möchte, sollte Folgendes besuchen: Destin Beaches und Henderson Beach State Park (Naturschutzgebiet). Ebenfalls einen Besuch wert sind diese beiden Highlights: Abenteuer- und Wasserpark Big Kahuna's und The Track Family Recreation Center. Great property and location.

The property was exactly as advertised. Nice updated finishes with an adequate amount of kitchen appliances and dishes to have a comfortable stay. We were really impressed with how quiet it was inside the unit when all the doors were closed. The views of the ocean and pool were great and the condos location made it very accessible to the beach and nightlife. The beach service was great as well. I would stay here again!

Amazing space to relax and recharge

Loved all the organized activities at the resort. The condo was spotless and an absolutely great place to relax. It would have been easier to get around with a car because it was a little off the beaten path, but that was perfect for me.

Did Not Disappoint

When we arrived the staff that checked us in was extremely welcoming. Our unit was extremely clean and had everything we needed. There were plenty of towels and extra blankets/sheets in the closet. We brought out own kitchen supplies but there were plenty pots, pans, plates and glasses provided just in case. The view was great and the perfect walking distance to the beach. I guess the only thing that did bother me was the elevators. One of them almost gave me a heart attack the way it was bouncing when we got to our floor. So I just used the other one for the remainder of the trip. I was nervous about this location considering it was our first trip to Destin and you never know what you are going to get until you arrive, but we will definitely be booking again!

Beautiful Beach Condo.

We had a wonderful stay in this condo for our family vacation. The location was perfect with beautiful views of the ocean and the condo itself was exactly as pictured. In fact, the master bathroom had been upgraded since the pictures when we booked and that was a nice surprise. We had a small problem with the air conditioner on one day and the management had that fixed in less than two hours. The staff at the resort was very friendly and the property was great overall. We will definitely be working here again

We loved staying here! The condo was completely updated, super clean and very well decorated. The beach was great and only a short walk. Alan the beach attendant was nice. The location was great. Went to Harbor Village and Crab Island. Would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful location!

The description of the condo was accurate and the location was absolutely perfect for us!! The condo is very well decorated and stocked with all the basic necessities. It was in a central location of everything so not too far away from everything, but far enough away so it wasn’t super busy like some of the other beaches we saw. The staff were friendly and helpful. Great place for families with children of all ages. Would rent this condo again.

The condo was clean and comfortable. The amenities are sparse. They do not stock paper products, spices, cleaning materials, etc. We had to get additional trash bags, toilet paper, etc once we arrived. If you’re used to an AirBnB set up, this is not like that.
