Willkommen bei Islander 317! Gehen Sie zum Strand, entspannen Sie sich auf dem Balkon und genießen Sie die wunderschönen Sonnenaufgänge und Sonnenuntergänge über dem Golf, oder genießen Sie die örtlichen Wasserparks, Restaurants, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und das Nachtleben!

Wir haben einen privaten Strandzugang, der nur einen kurzen Spaziergang von der Islander-Lobby entfernt ist. Ein kostenloser Strandservice mit 2 Stühlen und Sonnenschirm ist von März bis Oktober verfügbar. Sie können auch Paddleboards und Kajaks am Strand mieten.

Unsere Einheit befindet sich im 3. Stock und wurde 2015 komplett renoviert. Es verfügt über kühle, saubere Fliesenböden, Arbeitsplatten und Geräte aus Granit, neue Betten und neue Möbel im Esszimmer und im Hauptschlafzimmer. Es ist eine Wohnung mit zwei Schlafzimmern und zwei Bädern für 6 Personen. Das Sofa im Wohnzimmer lässt sich zu einem Queen-Size-Schlafsofa ausklappen. Es gibt 3 Fernseher - einen 55-Zoll-Flachbildschirm (mit Blu-Ray-Player) im Wohnzimmer und einen 32-Zoll-Flachbildschirm in jedem Schlafzimmer. Neben der Rezeption in der Lobby befindet sich ein Trainingsraum mit Laufband, Ellipsentrainer und zwei Oberkörper-Widerstandsmaschinen. Wir haben auch zwei Swimmingpools (einer davon ist beheizt), mehrere Außengrills, Shuffleboard, Tennisplätze und ein Basketballplatz.

Unsere Einheit ist Teil des The Islander-Mietprogramms, dh Sie erhalten alle Dienstleistungen des Resorts, einschließlich der 24-Stunden-Rezeption in den Sommermonaten. In der Hochsommersaison werden Aktivitäten für Kinder angeboten, darunter Malen am Strand, exotische Tiershows und vieles mehr!

Diese Wohnung befindet sich am Strand und liegt in der Gegend Holiday Isle, einem Stadtviertel von Destin. HarborWalk Village und Destin Commons sind einen Ausflug wert, wenn du Lust auf Shoppen hast. Wer lieber die Natur der Region bewundern möchte, sollte Folgendes besuchen: Destin Beaches und Henderson Beach State Park (Naturschutzgebiet). Ebenfalls einen Besuch wert sind diese beiden Highlights: Abenteuer- und Wasserpark Big Kahuna's und The Track Family Recreation Center. Beim Jetskifahren, beim Schnorcheln und beim Surfen/Bodyboarden finden Wasserratten in der Nähe genug Abenteuer rund ums kühle Nass.

Great room bad bad

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: When we first went into the master bedroom we noticed there was what looked like a blood stain on the white blanket on the bed. We went to the front desk and the woman working the desk was very helpful and apologetic and found someone to get into the Islanders linen close. At first this second person told us they only had sheets and that we needed to just use whatever was in the closet in the room, however someone did end up coming to the room while we were out and removed the stained blanket and remade the bed with a fresh one. Next issue with the bed was when we actually got in it later that night. We laid down and immediately noticed that our feet were higher than our head ands that the bed frame was not level. We got out of bed and on the ground to look under the bed and tried to fix it ourselves the best we could. It looked like there was the original frame for the bed and then part of another metal frame that had just been set under the bed to try to provide extra support. Please just get a new solid frame for the master bedroom. Everything else about the condo was good. The bathrooms were clean, the kitchen had all the supplies we needed and we liked the overall decor.

Overall nice place!

The condo was very nice and clean. The listing says there is a washer and dryer in the unit. That is not true. They have a laundry service on tuesdays and thursdays. The bed in the master was not comfortable at all. My husband and i hardly slept the whole trip. Other than that, everything worked and the front desk was very accommodating.

Would definitely stay here again but request to have a room closer to the elevator.

Family Vacation

This property was clean and very well stocked. The location is great with plenty of restaurants and things to do nearby. The pools and the beach are just a short walk from the condo. The beach was pretty crowded and the rental chairs take up most of the beach. Of course that is no fault of the property owner I would just recommend to future renters to go down to the beach extra early to get a good spot during the summer rush. This is a great location for families, they have family friendly activities most nights.
