Islander Condo # 102 ist eine East View, Gold Unit, die Platz für bis zu 6 Personen bietet. Vermeiden Sie die Aufzüge mit dieser Einheit im Erdgeschoss. Betreten Sie unser tropisches Paradies und genießen Sie die günstige Lage, um schnell und einfach den Strand oder zwei Pools Ihrer Wahl zu erreichen.

Die modernisierte Küche ist voll ausgestattet mit Küchengeräten aus Edelstahl für alle Ihre Kochanforderungen. Nehmen Sie Platz am Esstisch für 6 Personen oder entspannen Sie im Wohnbereich und schauen Sie sich den 42-Zoll-Smart-TV mit digitalem Kabelanschluss und DVD-Player an. Es gibt ein Queen-Schlafsofa für die Gäste.

Das Hauptschlafzimmer verfügt über ein Kingsize-Bett sowie einen 32-Zoll-Fernseher und eine DVD / VCR-Kombination. Das Badezimmer wurde kürzlich mit einem neuen Doppelwaschbecken ausgestattet. Das Gästezimmer verfügt über Kojen mit einem Twin oben und einem Full unten sowie einen 32-Zoll-Fernseher mit DVD-Player. Das Gästebad wurde mit einem Waschtisch aktualisiert.

Es gibt überall Fliesen mit Teppichboden in den Schlafzimmern. Der Pool und der Strand von Destin liegen günstig außerhalb Ihrer begehbaren Terrasse in der 1. Etage, nur wenige Schritte vom Strand von Destin entfernt.

Very convenient and easy

The unit was very clean and ready for us as planned. The ground floor access was great to have the grassy area out back and easy unloading in the front. Beach access was super easy and security was well monitored. It felt safe and my teens could go back and forth to the beach on their own. Beach chair guy was super personable and attentive. There seemed to be lots of young families and small kids on property when we were there. Only draw back is the thermostat was restricted and would not go below 70 degrees - we live in an ice box so it was a little warm for my group.

My Stay at The Islander

Very Enjoyable Family Trip

We very much enjoyed our stay here. Loved being on the first floor and having the pool and beach path right behind us. That helped us entertain our 3 year old! Nice facility and location. Highly recommended!

Reviewer Comments: It was a very enjoyable vacation but I was disappointed in the condo. It was a "gold" but not very nice. The couch was so broken down that it was very uncomfortable and the rug in the master bedroom was filthy. We had to ask the front desk for a spatula, which they immediately supplied us. The decorating in the unit was very bare minimum and not as nice as most of the units we have used.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I would recommend the Condo in general, however I would not recommend the room 102. We had 3 very large cockroaches flying and crawling on the walls. We also noticed a few large dead cockroaches next to the large couch that were dead. Before leaving the condo we checked under the bed for anything that could've slipped under the bed and noticed 4-5 large dead cockroaches under there as well. Very disturbing and nasty feeling with all of those bugs that were 2-3 inches in size. Also, a few times while sitting around the pool there was a strong odor of someone smoking marijuana in the area, a few loud families and "party people" the last 3 years we have stayed it had seemed like a very family/kid friendly environment but not after our last stay.

BAD TRIP

I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: So disappointed in our stay & upset that now I have to dispute erroneous charges! Master TV did not work, 2nd bedroom TV not connected, 1 roll of toilet paper in each bathroom, no ice, no lightbulbs in 3 lamps, 7 roaches found in room, 3 more after they sprayed, bathroom light bar randomly works, snake was found on patio. Beach area crowded mess. Access to water entirely blocked by chairs, non-guests & loud music. THEN was charged $500 for smoking (on the patio) - after we were home. I hope that this can be rectified. We have been coming here since 1999 renting 2 or 3 units, BUT this situation is unacceptable!
