Guest House of almost 1100 sq feet located in the center of Bradenton. Very calm and in the middle of the nature. Close to everything the Bradenton area has to offer. Just 12 minutes to the beaches of Ana MARIA Island. You also have access to the heated swimming pool and to a wooden cabin ideal for reading a book or relaxing in a hammock.

Our place is very comfortable for couples or single travelers.
This house is quiet and peaceful

Visit to Sarasota and Longboat Key

The VRBO was very clean with a well appointed kitchenette. The bathroom was very spacious. Our accommodations were quiet and private with a beautiful pool, but the weather was too cool to use the pool. The location is a bit off the beaten path, but not a problem. Good option with the limited availability on Longboat Key

Very nice property

The stay was really nice. The only thing is that the treehouse description needs to be updated. It is old and needs some work. Other than that, the only other thing we found was that the shower in the unit was not really hot and low water pressure. I am sure that can be adjusted easily. Overall, we really loved our stay there. Very clean property and plenty of room for 2 people.

Okay Stay

Granted there was a hurricane a month before arrival but the property grounds looked neglected for some time. Very dangerous walkway at gate entrance and was not a priority to repair. The pool is advertised as heated but was cold. The living area was spacious, clean and as advertised. Traffic noise was louder than expected, per listing comments. Will look for better accommodation to stay in the future. Tge

Pool heaven

This was a lovely getaway. The apartment was spectacularly clean, the pool is a true oasis and promotes wellbeing and peace. The treehouse on property offers a nice addition surrounded by beautiful nature and contains a great hammock, too. Relaxation achieved. Host very kind and accommodating.

We had an amazing stay at this property! The highlight was definitely the gorgeous pool, which was perfect for relaxing and enjoying the beautiful weather. Beautiful!

Being on this property was fabulous! So many choices on where to relax. Morning coffee at the outdoor table/chairs in the back. Listening to music on the hammock in the tree house. And of course, I can’t say enough about the pool! It made it hard to want to go to the beach. Tristan and Miriam were great! They were very welcoming and approachable hosts and were they were keen on making our stay incredible. I would highly recommend this property.

Hidden Gem

Our overall impression of this beautiful property is that it was an excellent place to stay. The property is close to shopping, restaurants and parks yet it felt very private in it’s setting next to a small body of water and it being at the end of a private road with no neighbors and screening trees and vegetation on the side of the property on which there were no neighbors. Definitely a major draw for the property is the pool! The pool has a great slide and in that end the pool is at least 6 feet deep. The grounds are quite private and the unit is tastefully decorated. The owners live on the grounds are they are just fabulous people. The pool was always available and we had a number of interactions with them. They were always accommodating, helpful and down to earth friendly as we loved getting to know them!! All in all, this property is a hidden gem and the owners are great people. What is to not like. We highly recommend this property and would return without hesitation.

Visiting family

We were visiting relatives in the Bradenton area, this location was perfect for our situation as far where everyone was located. Property was exactly as advertised, its location made you feel you were away from the busy areas of Bradenton! Our only complaint was the cooler weather that kept us from using the beautiful heated pool! The hosts are very accommodating and could not be nicer! We hope we will be able to stay here again in the future! Highly recommend this property!!

Tristan and Miriam were awesome they met me as I arrived showed me around the Property and was quick and friendly. Even though the guesthouse is close the their home I really felt like I had all the privacy I needed. The treehouse was awesome and the pool was even better! They had excellent recommendations on where to go to explore the town I will definitely be go again! 🙂

Getaway!!

Wonderful host and Florida experience!! The location was perfect with short driving distance to beaches and entertainment. It was hard not to just stay at the vrbo and take in their beautiful pool each day. Amenities were Awesome!! Highly recommended for a couples getaway!

Peaceful Sanctuary!!

I wanted to get away for a self care weekend and I stumbled upon this gem. It was so beautiful and peaceful. The location was great, easy to get to activities. The hosts were so nice and accommodating. Communication throughout my stay was top tier. I highly recommend this property.

Fashionable & Very Clean

The hosts were quite welcoming, and we experienced their professional manner with prompt communication and helpfulness. The rental property was comfortable and roomy with nice decor. It was exceptionally clean, so easy to feel at home. I would definitely recommend a dip in the awesome pool. I'd go back for sure.
