Great apartment in a great location!

Great apartment right down the street from the Guggenheim Bilbao. Irene was an excellent host and was quick to respond to questions. We visited many restaurants and bars based on her extensive suggestion list in her guest book. Thank you Irene!

Fabulous Bilbao Apartment!

We had a wonderful time in Bilbao and this apartment is perfectly located. The parking was included but it was a little bit tricky to find. The hosts were very helpful in every way, including offering suggestions on where to find carseats for the children. The apartment was perfectly clean and the linens were excellent. We all rate this apartment as excellent in every way.

Great place

We enjoyed our stay at this rental. It was updated beautifully compared to other places we've stayed at. Kitchen had what we needed. There was a washer but no dryer. Drying rack did the job but just need to plan laundry day. One of the showers had a slow drain but the host quickly had a plumber come in while we were out to take care of it. We typically like self check in but this one needed more explanation to get into the unit. We were not familiar with what an address looks like for this area - the building is one address and the apartment is something different. Also, we didn't know that we needed to go up the stairs to the first floor. Just needed that additional info. We figured it out on our own and all was ok. It was just a little frustrating on a dark rainy night after some long travel. Despite a bumpy start, we would definitely stay here again.

Bilbao is worth a visit and we highly recommend this apartment

This well appointed, elegant apartment is perfectly located. We, a couple, stayed there for 5 nights and would definitely stay there again and highly recommend it. Irene was very communicative, helpful and responsive throughout the booking process (months earlier) and our stay. The apartment was very clean, spacious, light and welcoming. We appreciated the nice, large towels. One thing to be aware of is that one of the bathroom has a step up to the toilet and shower area. At night that can be a bit tricky unless one turns on a light. A nightlight might help with that. The bed in the front bedroom was very comfortable. The left side does not have a nightstand but I used an empty storage basket for that purpose which worked just fine. Ample closet space and hangers. Good lighting throughout the apartment, including the bathroom. Enough outlets. The living, dining room and kitchen are spacious and inviting. This is a real kitchen not just a kitchenette for those who want to cook. Some extra dish towels and rags would be helpful to help keep things clean, or buy paper towels. There was a bit of noise from the upper floor apartment but that quieted down at night and we slept soundly and well, also thanks to the external outside shutters. Each window also has a sun shade which provides privacy during the day. The apartment has a washer and the drying is done by hanging the clothes outside from an interior window. We had a great time! Perfect place in Bilbao!

This is an amazing apartment in a fabulous location. It’s a couple blocks from bars, restaurants and grocery stores so they are close but you don’t have people gathering right outside your window at night. Neighborhood felt safe and was just beautiful. Across the street from river and the Guggenheim is just around the corner. The area around museum is beautiful for walks both day and evening. Tram stop also close by. The apartment furnishings are high quality and two bathrooms very nice. Hosts met us in check-in and parking included in secure indoor garage about two blocks away. We loved Bilbao and this gorgeous apartment!

Lovely apartment in fabulous neighbourhood steps from the Guggenheim

This was a lovely, comfortable apartment. Irene, our host, was wonderful - always responded immediately to any questions and gave us excellent suggestions. The neighbourhood was ideal - quiet but with lots of restaurants and bars nearby, a great grocery store within three blocks and the Guggenheim only a couple of minutes away. Getting to the old town was a very easy 15 minute walk. The kitchen was extremely well stocked with coffee, tea, milk, olive oil etc. The only thing I have to point out is that there are not three king beds. There is one room with a queen, one room with a double, and a Murphy bed in the living room which can be used. I think it would not be very comfortable for 6 people.

Una preciosidad al ladito del Guggenheim

Este apartamento es una preciosidad, cuidado y con todo lo necesario para una estancia vacacional, corta o media. Con una cocina integrada preciosa y a la que no le falta de nada y un salón perfecto con un sofá comodísimo y una tele enorme con Netflix. Tiene dos habitaciones dobles estupendas y un sofá cama en el comedor (que no usamos) pero que resulta conveniente para un grupo familiar mediano. Irene y Marta fueron súper acogedoras y nos ayudaron en todo momento, atendiendo a la llegada, desarrollo y check out. La localización no puede ser mejor, al lado del Guggenheim, con tiendas de todo tipo alrededor, tranvía y autobuses cerca... Nos encantaría volver aquí si volvemos a Bilbao, porque se está de maravilla. Muchas gracias por haber hecho nuestra estancia tan agradable.

Bonita casa bien situada

El apartamento está bien situado y tiene una zona de estar y cocina muy cómodas. El parking está cerca y es amplio. Irene nos ha aconsejado bien para comer y ha estado pendiente de nosotros en todo momento. Únicamente como pega es que se oye bastante las pisadas del piso de arriba.
