Das Haus verfügt über 2 Königinnen, 2 Zwillinge und 4 Zustellbetten.

Es liegt in unmittelbarer Nähe von Augusta, Pleasantburg, der I-85 und etwa 10 Minuten von der Innenstadt entfernt. Es ist zentral gelegen, aber vor Lärm und Überlastung geschützt. Mit vielen Bäumen, süßen Häusern und lebendigen Rasenflächen sind Sie nur eine kurze Autofahrt von Greenville entfernt!

Es fühlt sich an wie eine Vororttasche am Rande der Stadt. Mein Platz ist ideal für Familien, Freunde, Sportfans, Paare, Alleinreisende und Geschäftsreisende. Längere Aufenthalte sind willkommen! Nur Posteingang!

DER RAUM
Dies ist ein neueres Zuhause am Ende einer Sackgasse. Von der Küche bis zu den Schränken ist alles auf dem neuesten Stand und es gibt viele Fenster, die den Raum hell und luftig machen. Mit 3 Schlafzimmern, 2 Badezimmern und 8 Betten erhält jeder in Ihrer Gruppe den Raum und die Privatsphäre, die er für den gewünschten Preis wünscht. Die Master Suite verfügt über ein Queensize-Bett, einen begehbaren Kleiderschrank und ein eigenes Badezimmer. Das zweite Schlafzimmer hat ein französisches Bett und einen begehbaren Kleiderschrank. Das dritte Schlafzimmer hat zwei Einzelbetten und einen normalen Schrank. Das zweite und dritte Schlafzimmer teilen sich ein komplettes Badezimmer auf dem Flur. Darüber hinaus gibt es vier Zustellbetten für zusätzliche Gäste. Dieses Haus ist ideal für Einzelpersonen, Familien oder Gruppen. Kinder sind willkommen, aber bitte beachten Sie, dass das Haus nicht kindersicher ist und ich keine Baby- / Kleinkinderbedarfsartikel oder Möbel habe.

Sie haben Zugang zu allem, einschließlich einer voll ausgestatteten Küche sowie einer Waschmaschine und einem Trockner. Bitte säubern Sie, was Sie verwenden (Geschirr, Kochfeld, verschüttetes Material usw.) und bringen Sie alles an seinen Platz zurück (Spiele, Fernbedienungen, Schlüssel usw.).

Clean & cozy

This is a comfortable house in a quiet neighborhood: well-appointed, tastefully but simply decorated, and very clean. The host was easy to work with, and we were pleased to be able to set this up just a few weeks in advance of our stay. We had a positive experience & would stay here again.

Cozy house

We were comfortable in the house. It is in a quiet neighborhood but not very walkable. No sidewalks until you get to Crestfield Rd. The house is 3 miles or so from the riverwalk, 10-15 minutes by car. All in all, we enjoyed our stay.

Fantastic host

Candace was fantastic whenever we had a question she answered immediately, and followed up as well. There was everything you could need at the house Everything was very clean and tidy . Neighbors were friendly , it was a little further out for our needs but that was our fault for not asking the exact location prior to booking .

Close, clean, wonderful commodities for guests!!

Everything was well explained. She made the entire experience/process easy. She was fast with responses to all questions. All with a kind attitude. The neighbors were great. The area was quiet and very home setting. The house was clean and access to a washing machine and dryer was so awesome! Much respect for this lady! We highly recommend this property!

It's a wonderful home--literally felt at home the minute I walked in. Could have stayed forever

I can't say enough nice things about Candace and the house. It's a lovely home, well taken care of, everything was in working order, and I was comfortable the minute I walked in. I loved everything about it. There is a great Master bedroom with a great bed and a great bathroom attached. Never got a bad nights sleep. And the pillows she has provided fantastic. I need one for msyelf now. Great kids bedroom and 2 larger bedrooms..one is the master with it's own bathroom. Loved the layout of where bedrooms were away from the living room. Beds were comfortable. Aways got a good nights sleep. I was there by myself with my dog for 5 weeks. I wish I was still there...lol I was sad to leave. Just a great home and area. House is large enough and the layout is good so that that it is a great family home as well....the kids can be sleeping in their room and go to bed while the grownups stay up. You'd never hear anything in the bedrooms. Loved the master bedroom with it's own bath. The home is everything Candace has described it as, and it is exactly like the pics she posted, but better. I immediately felt comfortable there. Home was very clean and in perfect working order. I did not have one thing go wrong the entire time we stayed. Communication with Candace is very good and very quick if you have a question. She is prompt at returning your call.. Candace has thought of everything and supplied the house for a great stay for you. She does not bother you at all unless you need her. The beds were comfortable and the entire area was quiet. I was never woken up by any loud neighbors and never had any problems while I was there. Lovely neighborhood. Very safe area. Home is on culdasack so plenty of room for kids to play safely in front or back yard and plenty of room if you have a dog that wants to be outside to get sun during the day. The house has 3 sides fenced in, so what I did, I bought a couple long leads...tied one to a tree and then let the dog have the run of the back yard while she was on the lead tied to her collar. He loved it. Very private..Almost like being fenced in on all sides, but you are just using lead. Apollo gives it 10 stars. He loved it. All the restaurants and eateries on Augusta St. are only about 5-8 minutes away from the house. Door dash and grubhub deliver right to the house and everyone delivers there...so you are covered either way. Dog Park is about 2 miles from the house. Just a wonderful stay.

2020 Family Visit

Candace had the place very clean for us. She was a charm to work with. There is a terrific supply of things such as toilet paper, paper towels, laundry soap, dish soap, hand soap, bath soap etc. Plenty of spices. Beds are comfortable and plenty of towels. This was our second stay here. Easy and quick trip into town. Close to several parks that we took advantage of to walk our 2 small dogs. There is not cable tv but we had no trouble finding plenty of things to watch on Netflex and Amazon Prime. Kitchen was very easy and convenient to work in. We enjoyed our stay. Thank you Candace!

What a great experience!

What a great experience! Everything from check-in to check-out was a breeze. Candace was a wonderful host and very respectful of our time and privacy. Our time in Greenville Sc.

The home was very clean and comfy. Candace was always available if we had a question. Everything worked as it should’ve. The neighbors were friendly and helpful and waved when we would be driving out for our tours of the area. Carol was the Queen Bee of the neighborhood, and as such watched out for us. Always with a smile and a wave. I’m a car guy and right across from us was a collection of three custom cars. We got along really great, talking cars and getting and giving advice about car guy stuff. Greenville was really a wonderful place to visit. There was a art show on one weekend we were there! Restaurants everywhere, you will not go hungry! We have two set of friends in the area so we saw lots of new towns that we had not been to. All in al we had a great experience!

We found your lovely 3 bedroom home just as depicted, and you provided everything we needed. It was especially convenient to have access to washer/dryer and to arrive and depart using the door code without having to meet and exchange keys. I would have given 5 stars, but the keurig was a bit finicky about allowing water that had been poured into top to drain in and brew coffee. One member of our family was unable to get a cup of coffee and had to drive to a nearby convenience store.

Perfect long term accommodation for our family

Candace's house was a perfect situation for our family for seven months. Our family relocated to Greenville and needed temporary accommodations while we searched for a home to purchase. Being furnished and having utilities made things so much easier for us. The house had plenty of space and storage for a family of four. The bedrooms/bathrooms were well appointed and beds were comfortable. The location was perfect and provided very convenient access to the interstate and the main arteries into Greenville. We were also close to Lake Conestee Nature Park which I highly recommend. Candace was always available and very responsive and you can tell she truly takes pride in her rental house. High recommended.

Beautiful home

My family and I took a weekend trip to Greenville to visit some friends and we really enjoyed our stay. The house was beautiful gave us a home away from home feeling. The owner was very welcoming and helpful through out the entire stay making sure we were comfortable. It's an ideal location we weren't far from anything, I would recommend to anyone visiting the area in need of the space to stay at very affordable price.

I am a traveler, writer, young professor, and director of a nonprofit arts organization. I'm fairly new to Greenville, S.C. and I'm loving the city so far. There are great bookstores, arts festivals, farmer's markets, theatre scene, dance venues, poetry events, and bars and restaurants. I know that's more about the city than it is about me, but I figure you're more interested in the city than you are in me. However, if you want to know...I love long walks on the beach. I enjoy anything with good writing, including a good rom-com. I keep an eye out for zombies, since I started watching The Walking Dead, and an eye out for Vulcans, since I'm a bit of a Trekkie (lol jk :-) ). I enjoy Crossfit, dancing (salsa, bachata, swing), writing, and reading. In fact, the condo has a small reading nook in the living room. I like getting together with friends for a paintnsip, a run, dinner, slumber party, writing club, and so on.

Darum fiel die Entscheidung auf diese Unterkunft

I love this little neighborhood because it is a safe, quiet, close-knit community. All of the neighbors know each other and are very friendly. The house is tucked away in a little suburban pocket, but less than 2 miles from Augusta Road and Pleasantburg Road shopping and highway 85 (Charlotte/Atlanta). You'll never have your roads blocked off for marathons and festivals, but you'll still be able to enjoy all the downtown activity. You'll be about 10 minutes from anything---Woodruff Road, Verdae, White Horse Road, and downtown is almost a straight shot down Augusta. The neighborhood is quiet and lined with trees and houses and it's a short drive from whatever you might want.

In the Greenville area, there are 17 waterfalls, lots of hiking trails, clubs and bars, and good dancing. The downtown area is very family friendly, even at night. It's pretty unique. Plus, there are lots of festivals and outdoor concerts. It's a nice little city.
