Die zentrale Lage dieser Wohnung an der Kokosnussküste von Kauai's Ostseite macht es einfach, so viel von der Insel zu erkunden, wie Sie es wünschen. An einem langen weißen Sandstrand gelegen, ist es ruhig und friedlich. Lounge auf dem Lanai, um die Schönheit der Natur inmitten der sanften Brise zu genießen. Diese zweite Etage Einheit ist komplett ausgestattet mit einem Kingsize-Bett im Schlafzimmer und zwei Einzelbetten im 2. Schlafzimmer ausgestattet. Deckenventilatoren befinden sich in beiden Schlafzimmern und Wohnbereich, um die kühle Meeresbrise zu zirkulieren. Die voll ausgestattete Küche ist sowohl schön als auch sehr praktisch für die Zubereitung von Speisen und Snacks. Das Wohnzimmer ist mit einem Flachbild-TV ausgestattet.

Wenn Sie die Natur genießen, können Sie dieses üppig gepflegte Anwesen schlendern und tropische Blumen, Obstbäume und friedliche Gärten entdecken. Beautiful Condo

We enjoyed our stay at Pono Kai A201. This is a recently remodeled two bedroom two bathroom condo. Perfect for our family of four with plenty of room for everyone to spread out. The balcony overlooks the ocean as does the master bedroom. And the location of the condo is protected from the high winds in Kapaa. We appreciated the split AC units during the night. Although there aren’t any laundry machines in the unit, they are nearby in the complex.Thank you!

Kapaa Stay

This property was in a good location, on the beach, with a sidewalk along the beach. It was a short walk along the beach walking path to Kapaa restaurants and shops. Safeway was a short drive away, and Kapaa was a central location for exploring the island. The apartment rental was as advertised. Very comfortable. We could see the sun rise every morning from our balcony.

Overall, the condo was very nice and clean. The only exception were the bathroom mats that were dirty. I had to use the towels as floor mats. The condo came with beach chairs, umbrella, towels, and few other items that we didn’t use. The view was nice and right off the boardwalk.

This unit worked well for our family of four. It would have been nice to have a more updated unit with AC, but overall this unit works well if your spending your days outside on the island.

Can’t beat the view!

This is a very comfortable condo with a king-sized bed in one room and two twins in another bedroom and two full bathrooms. The living room has a large comfortable couch and a rocking chair. The view from the living room and from the bedroom looks across a lawn and a bike path to the wide-open ocean. The kitchen has everything we needed to cook our meals and dish washing soap was provided. The management company for this private rental had a nice welcoming gift on the kitchen table when we entered and they made sure we knew they were available if we needed help with anything. One day we rented bikes (right on the bike path walking northbound about a half-mile) and the ride was one of my favorite days. You can ride southbound all the way to Lydgate Beach. If you are a chocolate lover, explore the possibilities at the Lydgate Farm (a car drive).

Beautiful view but blocked by obscure sliding door

The bike path outside our unit provided a wonderful morning walk. With an ocean front condo we were disappointed with the obscure sliding glass door. We could only enjoy the views when the slider was fully open. Unfortunately we had stromy weather on two of our days and the rains were so strong along with a hole in our porch gutter, our porch flooded and flowed into our living room. Thus we were required to keep our slider close and our beautiful ocean view was completely obscured. What a bummer!

Perfect location!

This unit, located at the edge of a beautiful resort, was just steps away from a very swimmable beach in January. Amazing to wake up every morning and watch the sunrise over the ocean from our balcony and enjoy the sunsets on the beach. Easy walk into town, spacious unit stocked with all the basics, good pool, and lots of games/activities on site. Downsides - could really use refreshed carpet and paint and the couch needs to be cleaned. There is no central air, but there are a lot of fans. A little warm in the evenings after everyone showered but cooled off at night. Temps in the high 70s when we were there. Warning - the roosters are not a joke! They are up and outside the windows by 4:00. Bring earplugs.
