A south-facing, fullly-enclosed patio is accessed from the living room providing a lovely space to sit out and relax whilst also keeping your little ones and pet safe. Set across two floors, with open-plan living on the ground floor, the house feels traditional and comfortable with a well-equipped kitchen for your needs. Parking on site is a treasure in this busy town and the cottage is a good base for a small family or couple from which to explore the south coast. Easy access out of the town means that you can head off and explore the many nearby attractions. It's definitely also worth a trip on the Bodinnick Ferry across the river to visit Looe and Polperro.
