Very clean, staff very friendly and responsive. Door code did not work one day (for several of us) but Adam was very quick to let us in and provide a new code. Perfect location. However, the access to the actual apartment was cramped and up or down stairs (even from the elevator) and not much seating area in the small living room.

Perfect location near underground, shops and restaurants
We were at the back of the building which was not the view that was shown on the photos but it was very quiet so probably better, but just a view of windows and chimneys. The bed was uncomfortable as it was 2 singles put together and one side was lumpy. Very clean upon arrival and good communication with the Manager

Perfect!
The apartment we had was in South Kensington, a perfect spot whist staying in London. The management was helpful and available when required,
A supermarket was very close.
Cafes and restaurants handy.
And we could walk to many destinations eg Hyde Park, Harrods and other top rated department stores and well known London destinations eg the V&A, & the Natural History Museum.
The train station was close too.
All in all an excellent stay.

Perfect location
My 18y/o daughter and I had a great vacation in London and couldn’t have picked a better place to stay. The location is close to the Tube and central to everything including getting to/from Heathrow. Nicely furnished and very clean. Matthew was always in touch and the duty managers were responsive to questions. We hope to stay here again in the future.

The staff on site were wonderful. Ease to grocery stores & underground were great. The bed needs to be replaced.
Stairway between the bedroom/bath and living area were miserable. These stairs were not pictured or mentioned online. Some lights were out. No switch to turn bathroom light off & no fan in bathroom. It’s was like a sauna 24/7.

I’m so thrilled we picked this place! We had never been to London before & didn’t realize that we picked such a lovely neighborhood to stay in. Visiting London
First experience with VRBO and met our needs and expectations. Few things which could be improved upon, refilling amenities like bathroom needs, shampoo, body wash, Kleenex etc. Also kitchen needed refilling of laundry soap and coffee sugar etc. These were attended to when asked yet think should have been assessed daily by staff. Overall though great place to stay in London as close to tube, walking distance to many places of interest and restaurants.

Great, convenient place to stay.
The train is right around the corner. There are shops and restaurants within walking distance. The tube went on strike during our stay, but we could easily walk to Piccadilly, Trafalgar, Notting Hill, Buckingham Palace, Kensington Park, Hyde Park, and Covent Garden. It was a perfect, centralized location. We also saw Hamilton while we were here (and walked to and from the theater). The flat had everything we needed, and Adam (the duty manager) was both friendly & helpful when we arrived.
We had a wonderful time staying here while visiting London. I would recommend if to my friends. (One thing I would NOT recommend is the restaurant “Steak & Company!”)

Good stay - great location
Very attentive responsive onsite staff. We had 2 very minor issues that were resolved very quickly. 3-4 minute walk to subway station (15 mins to Trafalgar Sq), 3-4 minute walk to supermarkets, 5 min walk to Natural history museum and V&A.: 3-4 min walk to Gloucester Rd with cafes, eateries etc Clean cosy apartment, very comfortable bed - we were on the 3rd level and there is an elevator. In a very wealthy area hence prices for rentals are at the higher end. Very happy with our stay, communications with Matthew were excellent. We recommend and will stay again.

Very modern, poor quality control
Great location in an attractive building. That being said, it was less than it could be. For example, the waste basket in the bathroom was broken and the sink faucets loose. toilet paper holder loose, ready to fall off wall.
The tub shower seemed slippery, unsafe for seniors. desperately needs a grab bar. The apartment was hot (it was cool out) but the temperature could not be lowered to a comfort level despite my husband’s downloading the manual on line. We left the windows open our entire stay. An instruction manual for the washer dryer was not provided. A toe kick in the kitchen fell off on the floor and a cabinet door needed tightening. The property manager was kind, attentive but unable to fix problems that were “baked in” so to speak by the LAK management. Management should spend a night here. The kitchen needs a cutting board!
