Nice House, indifferent owner and rentabel company
First, the house really has the potential to be a 5* house. You pay it, but you don‘t get it.
To start with the checkin: it is a self Check-in, what is great. We were allowed to check in at 5pm. The company, which does the service of the house, closes at 5pm. So we were not able to call them with our problems. There is an emergency hotline, but they told us, it is just for emergencies, not for our problems with the house.
Which are:
- dirty dishes and glasses
- old coffee still in the coffee maker
- Toaster and safe did not work
- broken tile with sharp edges at the pool, loose tiles around the Pool
-flickering lights in the living room
- down matrasses and some kind of plastic underlays under the sheets
- not well cleaned in total
- no or broken silicon joints in the kitchen so you have lots of ants
We wrote an email to the adress, which was named at the business card placed in the kitchen. We got a call next noon. A technican came to do the safe, but it still did not work when we came back in the evening. Next day, same result. Third day, they changed the batteries, then it worked. She also brought a new toaster and made notes concerning the other points. But did not do anything.
I am more than willing to pay lots of money for a house like this, clean with no malfunctions and a good service. But I can not imagine, that the former 5* reviews are real. This review is the truth, we reserve the right to take legal action, if this review is deleted.
