The description did not explain that the property was within 14 metres of a dual carriageway with constant traffic noise..
No info in English so we did not know about the child safety button on the cooker hob.
The door to the patio was extremely old and stiff and difficult to open
On 19 January there was water leaking from the boiler so the electrics also had to be cut off until a new boiler was fitted. We were without water and could not shower for 2 days which in a hot country is completely unacceptable. We also had to stay in the property while the work was being carried out and so lost 2 days of going out.
On 27th January we were in bed and woken by a huge bang. On investigation water was pouring from under the sink. I failed to find the stopcock and, after enquiring from a neighbour found it outside in a box. It was extremely difficult to turn off and an older person could not have done it. I had to mop up 7 buckets of water in the kitchen. My partner in bed was so alarmed by the bang that she rushed in and slipped on the flooded floor and damaged her back, adding to back problems she already had.
By this time she was so nervous about things going wrong in the property that it dramatically affected the enjoyment of the remainder of the holiday.
We were offered a 15% refund, or a payment towards another flat we were expected to find ourself which is completely unacceptable, This is the worst property we have ever stayed in and I have videos n photos to back this up.
