Sehr groß und geräumig, besteht die Wohnung aus drei separaten Schlafzimmer:
Das erste Schlafzimmer hat zwei Einzelbetten, das zweite Schlafzimmer ein Doppelbett, während das dritte Schlafzimmer ein Doppelbett und ein Schlafsofa, die jeweils mit einer Klimaanlage ausgestattet.
Zwei große Bäder aus modernem Design, eine mit einem großen sehr komfortables Bad, ideal zum Entspannen und nach intensiven Tagen Arbeit abkühlen oder langen Spaziergänge in den Straßen von Mailand und das anderes mit einer großen Dusche und Waschmaschine.
Füllen Sie die Wohnung ein helles Zimmer TV mit 42-Zoll-Flachbildschirm-TV, Klimaanlage, Esstisch für 8 Personen und bequeme Sofas, wo man sich entspannen bei einem Glas Rotwein trinken. Die offene Küche ist komplett ausgestattet und mit allem versehen braucht, um ihre Lieblingsspeisen vorbereiten: die Sicherheit gewährleistet Induktionsplatte, die Geschwindigkeit und geringen Stromverbrauch, Mikrowelle, Wasserkocher, Toaster, Geschirrspüler, Backofen, Kühlschrank und Gefrierschrank und sehr andere.

We were seven Swedish guys visiting Milano for football, vineyards, sightseeing and food. The apartment was as good as shown on the internet and the correspondence with the hosts was really good even after flight delays and similar. Best recommendations!

"Taste of Milan"

This was a very comfortable and convenient apartment well-situated to sight-see and taste "living" in Milan. The apartment was as elegantly furnished as the photos indicate. Great location. Charming and responsive hosts.

Two blocks from the train station. Lots of good drinking and dining options. One block from metro entrance. Easy to get around town from here. AC works great so sleeping and hanging out are very comfortable. Shower was tricky to navigate and tub was out of commission. But we enjoyed our stay! Nice hosts.

Beautiful Milan Apartment

We are so happy that we had a chance to stay in this wonderful apartment in Milan. It was so spacious and comfortable, perfect for our family of 5. Very close to Milan Central, which was super-convenient for us as we did day trips to both Lake Como and Florence during our stay. We were also impressed with how well everything was organized by the property manager, Nico, who made everything so easy for us. Thank you, Nico! Great Vacation in a Great Apartment!

My son and his friend (both 17) and my husband and I were wowed when we walked into this apartment after a long overnight flight -Nico was very accommodating - allowing us to check in as soon as we landed - and was their to greet us with croissants and a welcoming smile. After a brief orientation we settled in, choosing bedrooms and spreading out - using all the wonderful space! The apartment had everything we needed and the "at home" feeling added so much to our stay in Milan! So convenient to everything we wanted to see and do -including close proximity to the train station, which made for an easy day trip to Lake Como. We would definitely stay here again if we were in Milan!

Awesome location

Less than 5 min walk to milano centrale! Very cool apartment. Would definitely return!! fully stocked kitchen and washing machine for clothes. 2 showers, 1 tub. Only complaint were that the doors to the bedrooms were sort of translucent, so all of the lights in the living room, kitchen, bathroom, and dining room needed to be off in order for bedroom to be dark so that was tough if someone needed to go to bed earlier than others. This would not stop me from returning! If I visit Milan again I will definitely stay here. Thanks again!!!

The Unit is exactly as shown in the pictures. Very clean and spacious.

Our family (2 adults/4 teens) booked this unit during our stay in Milan at the end of March. Our plan was to do several day trips, we went to Modena, Florence and Turin. The centrale train station is literally around the corner, making access to the trains/trams easy as can be (especially for an American who speaks very little Italian). The apartment itself was comfortable and well stocked with places to relax, towels and cookware/dishes. The beds were all very comfortable. The windows have aluminum blackout shades which make the place totally dark and this made for uninterrupted sleeping. There are convenience stores close by and the restaurants near the Unit were also very good. On our first day, we walked back and forth from the Duomo, but once we learned the ropes of the subway system, we hopped on and hopped off, it was very easy. I would definitely recommend this place, it was like a home away from home during our time in Milan and when I come back, I will stay here again. Thanks to Nico for being very attentive and responsive.

Stylish flat in a great location

My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our seven night stay at this lovely flat very close to Central Station and to local grocery stores. We found the flat to be just as advertised in the photographs and found the check-in/check-out process with friendly Manuela to be easy. The apartment was clean, comfortable, and secure. The location was a short walk to Central Station’s metro lines, and we were also able to walk to four of our evening dinners. The lift was handy for getting our bags up to the apartment. As we mentioned, the apartment was very stylish and lovely, but sometimes we think that style should take a back seat to function. Our suggestions in that regard would be the following: (a) install a place in the shower to put your soap and shampoo, because it is very easy to get water outside the curtain and onto the floor when reaching outside for those items; (b) better lighting in the bathrooms (we had to bring in a light from one of the bedrooms so that my wife could see to apply her makeup; (c) a plug in either bathroom for the hairdryer (the hairdryer’s plug only worked in the kitchen area); and (d) getting rid of the jumble of hangers in the closets and on the rack in the bedroom and installing uniform hangers (which would appear more pleasing and be more functional). We were very grateful for Vanessa’s suggestions on restaurants and advice, and can recommend this property.

Medical Conference at MiCo Milan

Two colleagues and I stayed in this apartment while attending a medical conference in Milan and had a wonderful experience. The apartment is spacious, and clean, and more beautiful in person than in the photos. The location is within 30 minute walk to most of the major attractions of Milan and within 15-20 minutes by public transportation which is easy to use. It is within 5 minute walk of central station. It took 20 minutes on the metro to get to and from MiCo convention center, making it ideal for attending a conference. The apartment itself is gorgeous. The living area and kitchen are open concept and well stocked with dishes and furniture. We did not cook in the apartment, but made coffee daily using the provided nespresso machine and enjoyed charcuterie, wine, etc which we purchased from a supermarket around the corner. There is ample space for seating in the kitchen and living room. The bedrooms are large, with comfortable beds and luxurious linens. Two of the bedrooms have king size beds and the third bedroom has two twin beds. There are two bathrooms, one with a tub and the other with a shower. The wifi and air conditioning worked well. The water pressure was good in both bathrooms. There were ample plugs for all our electronic devices. The check-in and check-out process were easy and owners available if we needed. I will definitely stay again when visiting Milan, either for business or pleasure.

Above average central Milan apartment

In many respects, this is an excellent "luxury" apartment. Indeed, it is spacious, replete with modern appliances and certainly it has some aesthetic flourishes that set it apart. Though not part of the historic center of Milan, you are two blocks from the Centrale train station and 2 major subway lines. Thus, what the neighborhood sorely lacks in charm and walkability, it certainly makes up for in transportation options. In general, the property management was extremely responsive to any questions or issues. Our concerns with this property were the following: The check-in process was rather strict: when our flight was delayed to Milan (no fault of our own, and we kept the property managers informed throughout) we were not permitted to check in past 10:00 p.m. (too inconvenient for managers) and were forced to reserve a hotel room elsewhere for the night and then only enter the apartment the following day. No leniency, no understanding, and we still had to pay for the unused night. Elsewhere, the air conditioning system is simply inadequate for the later summer months. We understand that Italy (and Europe) are suffering unusual heatwaves, but during an entire 4 weeks in Italy, this "luxury" apartment (the most expensive of all of our rentals) was the only one whose air conditioning underperformed. The en suite bathroom's shower is uncomfortably impractical, and due to its design, the floor-to-ceiling shower curtain was full of mold. Strangely, no dish cloths were provided for drying dishes, and several of the pots and pans provided for cooking do not in fact work with the induction stove. As the very artistic metal island in the kitchen is not adequately anchored in place, we never dared to set anything on it. While a perfectly comfortable apartment in many respects, we felt that apartment is not as "luxury" as the price would seem to suggest.

Très bel appartement, décoration contemporaine, une très belle pièce de vie, les chambres sont spacieuses, il ne manquait rien. quartier porche de la gare centrale de milan. à 4 min a pieds de la gare et de la station de métro. beaucoup de petits commerces et restaurants Petit bémol, le quartier de la gare centrale draine beaucoup de sdf immigrés (drogue et alcool le soir) Evitez de venir en voiture ou évitez de la garer dans se quartier, la mienne a été malheureusement fracturée.

Beautiful place in a fantastic location

The hosts were wonderful and made everything easy. The location is just as beautiful as it looks in the pictures. Very easy to navigate the city from here as it is close to the train station. Would highly recommend and would love to stay again next time we are in Milan

Excellent apartment!

Beautiful apartment within a few blocks of Milano Centrale train station - a great home base for day trips around Northern Italy! Check in/out was a breeze, and the hosts are friendly and responsive.
