Willkommen in der Ruhe! Diese 4. Etage geräumige 3 Schlafzimmer, 2 Bad Wohnung ist wunderschön mit hellen Strand Farben und Akzente dekoriert. Es hat eine tolle Aussicht auf das Meer, Pool und Sound. Eine gut ausgestattete Kochküche mit Esszimmer mit Platz für 8 und 4 an der Bar. Jedes Zimmer hat einen Fernseher und Radiowecker. Master Suite mit Kingsize-Bett hat eigenes Bad und Zugang zum überdachten Balkon. Das zweite Schlafzimmer hat ein Queen-Size-Bett, das dritte Schlafzimmer hält zwei Zwillinge und es gibt ein Schlafsofa im Wohnzimmer. Balkon hat Tisch und Stühle zum sitzen und entspannen mit Ihrem Blick auf das Meer und Pool. Einheit auch mit DVD-Filmen / Spiele / Bücher / CD-Player / Stereo ausgestattet. Wireless Internet zur Verfügung gestellt. Nichtraucher und keine Haustiere. Mindestaufenthalt 3 Nächte, Last Minute und nur Saison. Monatliche Miete vorhanden. Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was more than happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Hi, this is my 20th year of renting units at Summer Winds. PROS: Well stocked kitchen. Really liked the flooring. Nice décor in every room. This unit looks great in pictures! CONS: Unit was filled with uncomfortable furniture. the couch was reinforced by ply-wood and the cushions were thin and uncomfortable. The bed in master was sagging on outer 1/3 of each side (higher in middle than in than on sides) my husband had back pain day 2-7. Small single beds were also uncomfortable for our teen children. My oldest son slept diagonally across the full bed because the center sagged so much. Please consider replacing furniture, adding pillows to dining chairs like I have seen in other units.

Great for a young family

This unit was updated not too long ago. The beds were comfortable and the family lived the beach and the pools. The air conditioner was only allowed to be set at 74 so the unit was rather hot and musty. If we could have run the air at 72 or so I think the unit would have had a chance to dry out.

Our only complaint suggestion concerns the queen bed. It was too hard for my son and daughter-in-law to sleep on. One of the things we thought about was just add a mattress pad. That’s what you have in the room with the king bed. We hope to stay there again next summer but my kids had to spend their nights on the sofa bed. We probably will have to change units if somethings not done on the queen bed.Thanks again

Everyone in my group loved this condo. It was spacious and had a very cute vibe. The walk to the beach is literally 2 seconds. This place had every dish you will ever need. We will be coming back.

The condo was clean and comfortable.The views of the ocean were perfect and the balcony was a perfect place for morning coffee or evening cocktails! The amenities at Summer Winds are fabulous-indoor pool was great for the chilly spring days and the outdoor grill with a view of the beach was perfect for grilling fresh fish. We were able to ride our bikes to play putt-putt golf and to the local pizza/draft house for a drink overlooking the water. We will definitely be back!

Great location

Just what we needed for a week at the beach. Summer Winds is a very well maintained property. The common areas were cleaned multiple times each day. Tranquility was in great shape with all we needed and more.

Very nice condo

The condo was very nice, the kitchen was great, every pot and pan and platter known to man!! Lots of serving utensils as well. Master bedroom and bath were very nice, comfy bed. The other beds however were awful, neither of my daughters/son in-laws got any sleep and they all had backaches by the end of the trip, the mattresses seriously need to be replaced. Other than that we had a great time.

Indian beach get away

We really enjoyed our vacation. The property was located in a perfect spot. We loved the easy beach access and the pool was also very nice. Also, the A/C worked fine despite some of the previous reviews. The amenities were nice but it would have been helpful to know that there was no soap or dishwasher/laundry detergent available. Also the kitchen cabinets and drawers could use a deep cleaning. Overall this was a perfect family get away.

Love Summerwinds

Everything was good except the floors were not cleaned well enough. The kitchen and bathrooms were mopped but not the rest and there was no carpet. We cleaned the floors ourselves so we would be comfortable and the realty company reimbursed us for the mop and cleaning supplies which we thought was fair.
