With buildings settled on the hills comprising of lime-washed fisherman's cottages, cafés, shops and hotels, it has a wealth of character, and is home to Aberdaron Beach on the Llyn Heritage Coast, consisting of a mile-long strip of pristine sand. Each year you can catch the sailing regatta as well as trying out the waters yourself with surfing, kayaking or windsurfing available.
