This third floor apartment rests in Newquay and can sleep four people in two bedrooms.
10 The Point is a luxury third floor apartment in a fantastic location n the Pentire Peninsula, overlooking the Atlantic ocean in Newquay, Cornwall. The property has two bedrooms; a king-size double with en-suite shower room and a twin with zip/link feature and a TV, sleeping four guests. There is a family bathroom with shower over bath, as well as an open-plan living room with kitchen, dining and seating area, plus balcony doors that open up onto a balcony with seating. There is a designated parking space as well as additional parking available roadside. 10 The Point is a fantastic coastal property and is ideal for exploring Cornwall's north coast. Please note: On Tuesday 16th of April 2024, there will be a fire test at the apartments, during this time the fire officer will require access to the apartment while he is on site, this should be between 10 - 11am

Electric oven and hob, dishwasher, microwave, fridge/freezer, 3 x TVs with DVD players (large flat-screen in living area), hair dryer in master bedroom, radio/ Bluetooth/ CD music player and WiFi. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Balcony from living area & Juliet balcony from master bedroom - both south-facing. Designated off-road parking space for one car, plus additional roadside parking available. Private lockable stoarage for wetsuits & surfboards in carpark, entry by use of carpark keysafe. Communal outside shower for surfers. Sorry, no pets and no smoking including on the balcony. Note: Check-in is from 5pm. Shop 0.9 miles, pub within 0.1 miles, beach 0.5 miles.
