Modernisierte Küche und modernisierte Badezimmer in diesem Reihenhaus. Küche wurde 2015 aktualisiert. Wrap-around-Deck mit Blick auf den Golfplatz von fast jedem Zimmer und ganz in der Nähe des Gemeinschaftspools. Remodeled Kitchen hat neue Geräte, neue Schränke und neue Böden. Das Gerät verfügt über schöne, modernisierte Badezimmer mit neuen Fliesen und neuen Armaturen. Es verfügt über komfortable Möbel und Möbel im gesamten Gebäude.

Das Wohnzimmer verfügt über zwei Glasschiebetüren, die auf die große Terrasse mit herrlichem Blick auf den Golfplatz führen. Das Wohnzimmer verfügt über einen neuen 55-Zoll-TV mit Kabel und einen Blue Ray-Player, der Ihren Unterhaltungsgenuss maximieren wird. Es gibt eine neue ausklappbare Couch im Wohnzimmer für zusätzliche Gäste.

Eine große, schön eingerichtete Küche befindet sich direkt neben dem Wohn- und Essbereich. Die Küche verfügt über neue Geräte und ist voll ausgestattet mit Utensilien zum Kochen und Zubereiten von Mahlzeiten für die Familie. Wäscherei ist gleich neben der Küche mit voller Größe Waschmaschine und Trockner.

Master Suite befindet sich im Erdgeschoss mit komplett modernisiertem Badezimmer, Glasschiebetür zur großen Terrasse und ruhiger Natur und Blick auf den Golfplatz. Master verfügt über einen 40-Zoll-Flachbildfernseher mit Kabel und Telefon.

Im Obergeschoss befinden sich zwei Schlafzimmer und zwei Bäder. Ein Gästezimmer verfügt über zwei Etagenbetten (Doppelbetten auf der Unterseite und Zwillinge auf der Oberseite) sowie einen 32-Zoll-Flachbild-TV sowie Kabel- und DVD-Player für die Unterhaltung der Kinder. Jedes Schlafzimmer hat ein Vollbad, so dass nachts ausreichend Platz zum Duschen und Zähneputzen zur Verfügung steht. Das zweite Zimmer verfügt über ein Kingsize-Bett, Kabel und einen 32-Zoll-Flachbildfernseher.

The Greens 2023

This was our second experience renting a vacation home and this home was just amazing! We were so happy with our choice. The home was more beautiful and comfortable than we had hoped. The location was great and walking distance to the pool and the beach. It’s a very kid friendly complex that was a great fit for our family. We rented bikes and biked around the Shipyard plantation. Overall a great experience and we will be coming back.

Great location, okay property, poor management

The house is in an excellent location with a very nice view. It is spacious. We stayed with 6 adults and one child. The beds are comfortable and the kitchen is well equipped except for tableware and wine glasses. We missed sufficient chairs in the dining and living area to seat the people. Some rooms in the house would benefit from renovation. The carpet is in need for replacement.

The Greens weekend getaway

We love coming to Hilton Head and staying in Shipyard. When we decided on a last minute trip and found 154 The Greens available, I booked it even though cleanliness was a bit of an issue when we stayed there in May 2021. Well we were disappointed to find the place had not been deep cleaned. It was surface clean and well equipped, but carpets were filthy, dust bunnies under furniture, and there’s peeling paint and what appears to be black mold in the stair well. Though we enjoyed our trip, we were disappointed in the overall condition of the unit.

Great location, great property, needs love & cleaning

This condo in Shipyard Plantation is in a great location. Our family of 5 had plenty of room and had great access to all amenities (pool, golf, tennis, beach, and bike trails). Our one major complaint was the lack of cleanliness upon arrival. In fact, my wife spent the first hour or two cleaning from top to bottom (cleaning counters, vacuuming, etc. ). It was as if it was not touched between renters other than providing fresh sheets and towels. General interior location was average with some of the first floor laminate wood flooring bubbling up (water damage) and in need of a refreshed paint job. Overall, we give 3 out of 5 stars. Great location and amenities…but needs better cleaning and some general touch up.

Good, not great

Despite other negative reviews about cleanliness and my reaching out before booking with concerns about those reviews, the cleaning service remains sub par. Needs a deep cleaning, but I would have settled for the vacuum being used and bits of trash being picked up off the floor and the deck before we checked in. To be fair to the management, we just picked it up and ran the vacuum ourselves instead of calling and having someone come back. “Updated luxury condo” is also bit of a stretch. Needs a fresh coat of paint, new carpet and newer appliances for that to be an accurate description in my opinion. Location and neighborhood are great. Overall, I think it was a good value and we’d rent it again if we come back to Hilton Head.

Location vs Cleanliness

We had read the previous reviews about the cleanliness so we weren’t shocked upon arrival. It wasn’t horrible, but could’ve been better. The carpet was old and has stains throughout them all. The furniture was in need of some desperate cleans as well specifically couches and kitchen chairs. The condo was in an excellent location and close to the pool. If you can see past some of the items that need attention you will enjoy your stay…and it has great potential of being a much nicer unit! It was perfect in size for our family and we enjoyed our stay for the week.

Hilton Head Island Beach

Over the property is great. A beautiful view off of the back patio of the golf course. The community pool is just across the parking lot. The bedroom arrangement is wonderful for 2 young families with young children. The only negativism is the cleanliness of the unit. Spider webs, socks and toys left behind, food crumbs everywhere (sticky), and sand in the corners.

Labor Day Stay

Pros: Awesome deck, close to the pool, stocked kitchen, nice TVs, fast Wi-Fi, nice grill. Cons: About a 10-minute walk to the beach (but this is because the unit is pretty far back in The Greens and really close to the pool, which may be a pro for you), upstairs could use new carpet, property manager never returned my emails about rescheduling trip and voice mail was always full. We have stayed in many rentals in Beachwalk and The Greens in Shipyard. Overall, this is a good unit.

Wonderful Stay

This property was great! Very close to the pool and a short walk, bike ride or drive to the beach entrance at Shipyard. The condo was clean and very nice. The setting of the condo was very beautiful. We were very happy with everything and would recommend Shipyard and another stay at the condo again!

We had an awesome time. The unit was updated and well equipped; beds were comfortable; plenty of space for two toddlers. Unit was surface cleaned but could use good spring cleaning to remove dust bunnies under furniture and base boards. Overall a great stay and we’d like be to come back.

Nice Stay

The condo is in a good location and close to the beach. The kitchen was not very clean when we arrived (i.e. food stuck on dishes, dirt on the floor). The vents on the ceiling of the stairs had black dust (?) and have not been cleaned in a very long time. Also the trash cans are not secure and racoons were in the trash every night. Property manager was notified of these issues as well. Some were fixed, but others could not be fixed while we were in the condo. This condo could use a thorough cleaning. The location was great and the kids loved being so close to the pool!

Spacious and well appointed

We had an initial issue when we come in as the apartment was not cleaned between renters. Within an hour we had a crew cleaning the place and we were told we would be compensated for the inconvenience. We drove 12 hrs and arrived late so this was a little painful. The apartment is spacious. We had 6 people comfortable and the kitchen is well stocked. We didn’t go out to eat a single time in 2 weeks due to coronavirus and cooked every single meal. The beach is 10 min away by foot but we usually took the car. Arrive before 10 if you want to find parking. Our favorite spot was the pool just across the parking lot. Heated, with shade, and very well kept. Please note trash collection is on Wednesday and recycle is Saturday so you will end up with somebody else trash for a few days outside of the apartment. Also bring your beach chairs and towels. Those are not provided.

Great location

Condo was very clean and plenty of space. Fully stocked with kitchen items and bath Towels. Pool is right outside and short walk to the beach. Excellent location. Nice deck for grilling and eating outside.

Need new cleaning service.

Couch unusable nasty smelly stain, had to have cleaned on our time. Reported on Saturday but could not clean until Monday, Rick the service guy called to say he had a huge list of things to do because everyone checks in on Saturday and start leaving him messages. Of course he’s off on Sunday so he’ll get to me when he can. I said “you’re doing something wrong if you have that many complaints”. Why isn’t everything checked before folks take possession? Dish washer dispenser door doesn’t open so all dishes and pots were dirty in the cupboard and had to been cleaned. Had to buy dish towels and dish cloth since they only supply one. Exterminator just shows up unannounced and walks in while my husband was sleeping, he was concerned. Can the exterminate on Saturday or when it’s unoccupied. I have 2 grand babies that I don’t what to expose to bug spray. The location was great, pool was great except men’s restroom was kept locked while women’s was filthy only one toilet worked. Is a beautiful place but someone needs to take responsibility for cleaning and maintaining.

We had a fantastic time.

We all had a great time. The facility is amazing but the house wasn’t clean, the kitchen was a total mess and most of the things weren’t washed. Under and behind the bed needs a Serious cleaning and there are lots of roaches. There was plumbing emergency we called immediately to make sure no damage to the property but they didn’t respond until the next day.

This property was in the perfect location. Kitchen was well stocked with cooking utensils and pots/pans. Comfortably slept our family of 8. The 3 full baths was very nice. Also, back deck had a gass grill which we used everyday.

Very Nice Condo and Location

Our group enjoyed our stay in the condo. The condo was well equipped and the owner was very nice and responsive when we had questions the day of arrival. We enjoyed the view of the golf course while rocking on the back porch each morning and evening, and the shaded pool area across from the condo. Although the beach is a short walk away, we found that the Shipyard owner/guest parking area and beach entry just past the Sonesta Resort was a great way to transport beach supplies and enjoy the beach. We will definitely consider this condo on a return trip to Hilton Head.

Family Vacation

This 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom villa was perfect for a family of 4 adults & 5 children. It was very comfortable & spacious. The pool was just steps away & we used it everyday! The beautiful beach was only blocks away .The location was close to restaurants & shopping.

Great Condo!

When booking we were looking for something to stay at with friends, this location brought all the comforts of home and space needed! Close to the beach, 10 minute walk, or a beach pass is provided! Overlooks the beautiful golf course, across from the tennis courts. Super convenient to the pool also! The washer and dryer is super helpful after a day at the beach! Love this location!
