Unser Pinewood Cottage ist ein 1000 Quadratmeter große, drei Schlafzimmer, ein Badezimmer Hütte, am wunderschönen Lake Thompson gelegen. Nur wenige Schritte von einem ebenen Sandstrand mit sanftem Hang zum Wasser, mit Blick auf den See (nur 100 Meter vom Wasser entfernt). Dock Platz inklusive und Boot auf Anfrage erhältlich. Ebene Parkplatz Schritte entfernt von der Hütte für Ihre Bequemlichkeit. Cottage ist voll möbliert (voll ausgestattete Küche mit Mikrowelle, Kaffeemaschine und komplettem Kochgeschirr), große offene Konzept Küche, Essbereich und Wohnzimmer. Private Deck mit Blick auf See. 3 geräumige Schlafzimmer; 1 Queen-Bett, 1 große Größe Etagenbett und 2 Einzelbetten. Schlafmöglichkeiten für 6 - 8. Weitere Annehmlichkeiten: Kabelfernsehen, Kostenloses W-LAN, Central Air. Für das ganze Jahr verfügbar. Das Hotel ist wieder auf dem Markt mit neuen Besitzern.
Lake Thompson ist ein 400 Acre Klasse A Moschussee östlich von Rhinelander mit Northern, Walleye, Forellenbarsch, Schwarzbarsch und viel Pan Fisch.
Die öffentliche Bootsanlegestelle ist nicht weit entfernt.

Great colorful time at Thompson Lake

The visit to Thompson Lake cabin was very good. All the things in the cabin worked well. The view from the deck and windows was great. We had a couple very nice days and then 3 rainy days. However, the tree colors were super. It was a needed get away.

Wonderful cabin on beautiful Lake Thompson

Came with my husband and 2 kids (ages 5&7) for a mini getaway before school starting and did this exceed our expectations. The place was clean and very roomy for our family! Loved that the kitchen was open and the deck with patio table was perfect to sit out and have a cup of coffee overlooking the lake! The beach was clean and perfect for our kids as they were there majority of time. We enjoyed the kayaks as well and making smores at the fire pit. The lake was so peaceful and the neighbors were so friendly. We had everything to keep us occupied for the week! Plus my daughter caught 4 fishes! Will definitely be booking again!

Beautiful view, well maintained property

While the cottage was well maintained, clean and had a beautiful view of the lake, we were not made aware it was part of a resort complex with condominiums and 5 other single-family cottages. The other guests were mostly respectful of our space, but the firepit, beach area and piers were all shared spaces. We were unable to utilize most of those amenities due to all of the guests in the condo units. Unfortunately, we will not be returning to this rental for that very reason. If you have a large family or want to rent multiple homes within a complex this place is for you, but if you're looking for a remote family getaway this is not my first choice.

Absolutely wonderful!

This rental cabin has everything that you could ask for to make your vacation relaxing and enjoyable. It sits on the shoreline of beautiful Lake Thompson just steps from the water. Two kayaks and a row boat are included. There is a nice sandy beach area and boat docks. The location of this cabin is exceptional. You can relax on the wrap around deck overlooking the lake in this peaceful quiet resort setting while only being ten minutes from town. The cabin is very well maintained. It has three bedrooms. Bedroom one has a queen size bed. Bedroom two has two twin beds. Bedroom three has bunk beds, full on the bottom and twin on top. You have plenty of storage in every room. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything that you need to prepare delicious meals. I just can not say enough good things about this rental. It made our vacation awesome! Hope to be back in the future.

Quiet relaxing feel good home

A nice property with a very quiet neighborhood. We went for the Tomahawk motorcycle rally but didn't want to be a part of the crowd. Great choice for us. So relaxing and feels almost like your just at a family members house. Owner is super nice and helpful. Thank you for allowing us to stay!

Great place for our family

This cabin was absolutely perfect for our family! The location was perfect--right on the lake with access to kayaks and a very clean beach. :) Our 6 kids had so much fun. Highly recommend!

Relaxing and Quiet

The property is clean and very comfortable. The veiw of the lake from the large deck is awesome. The only disappointment was the fishing, did not catch one fish all week.

Quiet, pleasant and peaceful.

Quiet, pleasant and peaceful vacation just like my family remembers. Spent lots of time down on the water swimming, fishing and boating over to the little island. We ventured out & did some hiking, biking, horseback trail riding, go-karting and mini golfing. It was so wonderful to revisit old memories and make new memories with my family.

Awesome little getaway for my family! Hosts were responsive and nice. Lots of panfish in the lake but most were too small to keep and eat. Beach was clean and swimming was great for the kids! Will definitely come back.

Perfect family getaway

The location was perfect, close to town, secluded for peace. Kids caught fish off the dock. Clean beach. Nice yard with roomy kitchen and living room. The only thing missing is a fire pit :(

Nice place on a beautiful northwoods lake

Tucked back on the Northern shore of Lake Thompson this three bedroom cabin had everything we needed for a week on a lake. I traveled with my wife, two sons (5,9), and my wife's parents. Plenty of beds for our group of six, a nice wrap-around deck, and charcoal grill we used multiple times. The swimming area was the big draw for us as Lake Thompson has a sandy bottom and this listing includes access to a small beach and shallow wading area. My older son loved swimming out and jumping off the raft. Great spot!

Nice cabin and location

Great place for our family vacation this year. Our 3 children enjoyed the beach and swimming out to the yellow island (platform). Cabin was clean and had everything you need.

Me (Craig) and my wife (Jackie) are a blessed Wisconsin family with 3 children in high school and college who love spending time on the lake and in the water.

Darum fiel die Entscheidung auf diese Unterkunft

I have been vacationing in Northern Wisconsin my whole life. I introduced my wife to Northern Wisconsin before we were married, and she has gotten hooked just like me. We decided to buy a small one-bedroom cabin when our kids were younger. We quickly grew out of that cabin, but we still wanted to own something in the Northwoods, so we bought this three-bedroom unit on Lake Thompson in 2016 and have enjoyed every minute of time at the place. Pinewood is a well-kept association. The sand beach and cool water is our favorite spot on a hot summer day.

The large open concept kitchen/dining and living room space is real treat for a larger group. Having that large space to be able to connect with the whole family is great. The big sand beach at Pinewood is also a bonus. Some places beaches get so crowded, but Pinewood usually has space.
