The apartment has two comfortable bedrooms: one with a double bed and the other with a single bed, both with spacious wardrobes to organize your clothes perfectly. Additionally, the hallway is equipped with large extra wardrobes, ideal if you come with a lot of luggage.

The apartment's amenities include air conditioning, fresh bed linens and towels, and an iron with an ironing board.

Located in the popular Chamberí neighborhood, you will be close to the Complutense University of Madrid, San Carlos Hospital, and the Giménez Díaz Foundation. This location allows you to enjoy an authentic Madrid experience, with easy access to everything the city has to offer.

THE FINE PRINT

-Arrivals from 20h up to 00h have to pay a supplement of 25€.

- Only temporary bookings are accepted; short stays are not permitted.

- The property is not rented for tourist purposes, as these are temporary rentals. Please note that this property IS NOT A TOURIST APARTMENT.

- Tenants must sign a temporary rental contract upon arrival. This contract respects all the terms of your reservation and does not impose any additional responsibility beyond the terms and conditions of your booking.

- Rental cribs are available for €30 per stay. Please remember to request this by contacting the host prior to your arrival.

- Guests must show a valid ID and a credit card upon check-in.-For reservation of 28 nights or more, electricity and gas bills will be included up to 50€. The tenant will have to pay for any extra.
