*TreeTop Villa I is part of the complex “TreeTop Villas” which include two villas in total, each of them with separate facilities and private pools.

External Living | Private Pool & BBQ
TreeTop Villa I is set in 700 m2 outdoor area with a 50 m2 private swimming pool and a special children’s compartment. (4,25x2 and 0,40 metres deep) , as well as an 180 m2 lawn covered area. The pool terrace is equipped with sun beds and umbrellas, so you can relax all day long enjoying the Cretan sun! An outdoor shower is also at your disposal. What’s more, BBQ facilities are available, offering a stylish al fresco space for enjoying an evening tipple! An outdoor shaded dining area is there to welcome you, so as for you to enjoy your meals, morning coffee, drinks or anything else you may wish!

For families with a baby on board, our unique luxury baby-friendly Villa provides luxury self-catering with safety, comfort and parents in mind. An outdoor playground is available for our younger guests, featuring a wooden house, a slide, two swings, as well as several outdoor toys.

Internal Living | Bedrooms & Bathrooms
The luxury holiday home flaunts exquisite contemporary interiors that exude a certain ethereal elegance and calm which guarantee a perfectly relaxing and rejuvenating stay. All the bedrooms boast 32’’ smart T.Vs, effortlessly and elegantly furnished , promising a blissful night's sleep after the day's busy adventures.

Two of the bedrooms of the Villa are located on the ground floor. The former features one King size bed (1,80x2), with direct access to the pool terrace and the latter also features one King size bed (1,80x2). Additionally, both of the bedrooms boast en suite bathrooms, featuring walk-in, overhead rainfall showers with cabin.

The further two bedrooms are located on the first floor. The former is an exceptional Attic type bedroom featuring two single beds, (0,90x2) which are joined to form a King-size bed, as well as boasting a walk-in closet and dressing room, for your outmost convenience. The last bedroom of the Villa wonderfully designed, features two single beds, (0,90x2) which are joined to form a King-size bed.

Both of the first floor bedrooms boast en suite bathrooms as well, featuring walk-in, overhead rainfall showers with cabin, for those who wish to relax after a long day of exploration!

The Villa boasts four bedrooms and can comfortably accommodate up to 8 guests in real beds. Two more guests can be accommodated in two folding beds, located in the first floor bedrooms.

For Relaxation
With enviable countryside surroundings and an idyllic location, the villa is wonderfully placed for the day’s adventures. Or if you can't bear to leave the peaceful haven of your luxury Villa, ideally spend your time laying by the pool or take a dip, which will be the perfect remedy to relax..

Location Overview
TreeTop Villas are located in the picturesque village of Loutra, a peaceful countryside location with enviable surroundings. Locations near Loutra include the villages of Pigi and Adele.

The beautiful village of Pigi is located less than 10 minutes away by car, where shopping facilities for everyday's necessities can be found, providing tavernas, cafe, a super market, a bakery, a butcher’s as well as a pharmacy. A gas station can also be found in the nearby village of Adele which is also less than 10 minutes away by car.

Pigianos Kampos beach, which is the closest to the villa, 10 minutes driving, is a vast, sandy and well organised beach, with shallow waters making it ideal for families. It’s a perfectly organised coastal tourist resort, with many sun beds, umbrellas, changing rooms, showers, lifeguards, beach bars, restaurants and water sports. Next to Pigianos Kampos, in Adelianos Kampos there is also an Atm machine.

Also Rethymno town, offers a great selection of choices in shops, restaurants and anything else you might need and can be easily reached by car within 15 minutes.
